Re: Kawasaki Ninja 300 Ownership Experience
Last year I did a Pune - Tumkur run. Tumkur lies about 60 kms on the outskirts of Bangalore city. I was enroute to Ooty. No issues faced with a stock setup N300 and no special pre prep was done. Post Kolhapur, the Karnataka roads on AH47 make for smooth high speed cruising. Enjoy!Originally posted by Smith01 View PostRide To Live

Coming next, Titanium rear sprocket and DID chain.
I am tempted towards Woodcrafts clipons since long, spoke with some guys who have installed and they said they love it, bike feels more sporty and more in control. However I asked svc guys and they were not very confident of installing it correctly if I get it, since then the purchase is in the pause state
I believe I can fly...

Re: Kawasaki Ninja 300 Ownership Experience
Seat was done by a local seat maker.
Handlebar risers were ordered from ebay.com and installed by Kawasaki service center.
HID from aliexpress and installed by a local mechanic.
Rack by National cycles ordered from US, installed by self.
Flap bought from local market, installed by self. (thread on xbhp)
Forgot few things
Spacer for saddle bags (that is not shown in the above picture) so that they don't touch the silencer. Designed and installed by self.(thread on xbhp).
Frame sliders.
I miss a taller windscreen, but doubt whether I will go for it.Last edited by animeher; 10-17-2015, 08:00 PM.

Re: Kawasaki Ninja 300 Ownership Experience
Hi Guys, it has been very long since I put any update here regarding my ride. A lot has changed on my bike. My bike has completed 18500 Kms in little less than 18 months. There is lot to write about, however, I would like to start by mentioning about my visit to Kawasaki Plant in Chakan last weekend. Thanks to Pushkar and Gaurav for this oppurtunity.
It was a great honour and one of the most memorable moments of my life when I met Mr.Nishikawa. Mr. Nishikawa along with his team members imparted training in braking, counter steering and host of other things which are basic fundamentals of riding. Here are a few pictures and videos of our visit.
I dont want to sound like I am boasting, but I cant help mentioning the fact that the trainer at Kawasaki Mr.Ashwith Shetty liked the way I counter-steered and leaned. He asked to practice more. That just made my day, as he called out my name amongst 2 other riders. Yes, it was also because of the new Ohlins suspension, titanium links and Light Tech rear sets that I had installed last week, and numerous rides back and forth to Pune to get acquainted to the new ergonomics. It just reflected in the way I was able to lean and steer and counter-steer my baby Ninja...Lot on that in next write-up. How I wish my writing skills were any better.....

That's me, Farhan and Vidith..
Ka..ka,,ka..Kawasaki....
A souvenir from the weekend.Last edited by chinmayakar; 10-19-2015, 09:20 PM.

Re: Kawasaki Ninja 300 Ownership Experience
Hi, the luggage rack looks quite small to carry anything. Are you putting saddle bags over it or strapping on a bag with bungies?Originally posted by animeher View PostNinja 300 is a versatile bike. Sme mods are speed/track focused. I have modded it for touring and comfort purpose.
