CBS on trigger - I have a doubt during cornering or while taking a turn it is safe to apply only rear brake, but with CBS the front disc brake also gets automatically applied, this may result in losing balance. Please enlighten on this.

For any braking system also you should not apply brakes while turning. You should complete your slow down before approaching turns.Originally posted by psraju View PostFriends - Pls clarify the above doubt since I am planning to buy Trigger soon.
Honda not known for their functional design flaws though their quality of parts in Indian operation is altogether another story.
So if cost is not your concern, surely you can take the CBS version. If still in doubt take a detailed TR and decide.Last edited by mrbabu76; 08-02-2013, 07:57 AM.

Frnds:
Am interested in buying Trigger Dlx model. No dealer in Hyderabad having this variant ready for delivery. Telling 2 months waiting period. I don't think there is backlog of orders for Trigger. most likely dealers are creating artificial shortage just to make a fast buck - which was telecast by a tv channel sometime ago. Does anybody having different story - please enlighten.

I had booked DLX on 14/8 got it yesterday 19/9, yes there is shortage of DLX in Pune market as well, dealers are pushing for STD variant & CBS is not in demand. What you can do is keep harassing the dealer that you want it at any cost and give him an example that X dealer in Hyderabad has it in stock.Originally posted by psraju View PostFrnds:

To all,
I am a bit confused here, are there 2 wires on the Nissin caliper for DLX version as well? Because the STD has only 1 whereas CBS has 2 wires. An image of DLX and CBS brakes would be more helpful.Last edited by MAVERICK_m21; 09-20-2013, 04:57 PM.

re: Honda CB Trigger Ownership Experiences and Reviews
test ride
today i test rode the trigger and i was very very disappointed with the vibrations in the handlebar and on the foot peg. i was in fact shocked as i thought that this being a honda engine would be vibe free and comfortable but it was not. all all the triggers like this or is it that the test ride bike was not well maintained?
owners please reply as am a prospective buyer!Biking is in my Blood!!
