    1. You get on the front brakes and start shedding speed.
    2. You come down to 40's and downshift (engine braking plays a vital role)

    4. You reach 20's and tap the rear brake as well as downshift.
    5. You approach the speed breaker at about 15 kmph in 2nd gear.

P.S - The front brake is used in all steps. Just ensure you don't jab it so much that it locks the wheel.
Thanx bro for updating my info..

Finally after lot of fights with the dealer got my Black DLX version, earlier I had Unicorn did not want buy it again but one thing is for sure that the Unicorn looks more stronger than Trigger, reasons to buy or Positives would be fuel efficiency (63 in Pune traffic), closed chain, Honda engine, rear disk and toe & Heel gear shift .
Dislikes : Switch controls, kick touches your right calf muscle, headlight beam and front disk wire touches your index finger all negatives can be adjusted.
Queries : when is the first servicing of Trigger as I have still not my booklet, I am using Reserve to reserve method to check the fuel efficiency I am getting 63 but as soon as it hits reserve the bike only does 25-30 kms whereas it is 2 ltr. reserve, what can be the reason (the tank, meter console & panels have been changed earlier I was given CBS version the dealer changed Red color DLX to Black color)Is the saree Guard standard fitting?

Yes you can buy the Trigger for relaxed engine with very good FE, comfortable sitting & handling, bullet proof engine, looks would vary like I said earlier the only negatives would be headlight & switch and I am facing the reserve problem. I cannot comment on Bajaj or 135 LS as I have not ridden them better go to Pulsar 135 Ownership Forum. Basically what are you looking at? If Pulsar has to score more it would be price & graphics which I think of. Performance was Trigger would also be good.

Looks - yes, it'd look better from the rear.
Handling - more grip, better at corners.
Mileage - expect a little drop in mileage (kmpl) figures.

Avoid flashy stickers. Get functional mods done like rim stickers, add reflective/conspicuity stickers at various places etc.
                  Got a $5 head? Get a $5 helmet.

There are no 'good' locks available. Best lock is your hands. Carry the helmet with yourself. It might feel odd at first, then it becomes a habbit and you won't even feel carrying anything.
Else, there are helmet locks for some 100-150 rs.. And also those cycle locks can be used.

                      Ride safe and have fun.

CBS on all Honda products (scooters/bikes) helps in distributing the rear brake force and to a certain extent helps avoid rear wheel locking by distributing some %age of braking with the front. But as you presumed that using the front brake only is a risk, you're extremely wrong my friend.

Braking should be done in a 80:20 or 70:30 fashion (front:rear ratio). Read this for more info - http://www.xbhp.com/talkies/art-safe...0-braking.html
i would like to add simple mods to my bike like
duke handle bar and switch gears. as our bike doesn't have engine kill switch and it is cool having switch gears of pulsar and duke

Neat mods. Nice that you didn't' go overboard.

Regarding engine kill switch, AFAIK it needs some connection to the BCU/ECU and it isn't a plug and play mod. You can get Duke's/FZ's handle bars as they'd look cool. But ensure that they don't affect the ergos a lot and that they're close to original fit.

Hi pals, My bile is new and me too as a biker..
So, i have some queries in my mind. 1. My triggers engine got heated yesterday, when i went for a ride of 10 kms. Is it normal??
                              2. I didnt get the owners manual from showroom yet, and the passing of my bike is due.. so the mechanic of showroom has unplugged the meter console cable.
Because of that i am unable to see on what speed i am going on..
So, what are the ideal RPMs i should ride the bike?
                              3. Can i go on 5th gear??
                              Please clarify my quries..
                              Thanx in advance..
