    Thanks for the solution.
    I will try it.
But before that I would like to share my exp.
I have filled the air with tyre pressure of 25psi in fron tyre and 30 at the rear.
But the front tyre appeared so deflated that I feared that it has some puncture in it.
So next day I had to pump up the pressure again.

Also it is not the situation when we change the tyre pressure always when we chose to ride single or with pillion, it is not at all possible.
As my ride is almost 40 days and 1250km old, does suspension needs to be worked up more?? Is there any kind of run in period for that as well??

      2 cents:

      1. Refill air on cold tires. (when they haven't run enough, because hot air expands and you'd get incorrect filling.) Morning before going to office from a reputed petrol bunk.
      2. Check your riding posture.

A brand new suspension does need settling and generally that is done at the factory floor itself by rolling the car/bike over a series of bumps. And 1250 kms is more than enough for any settling that may be expected.

One more problem with the bike.
          Rusting inside the fuel tank
          Pretty disappointed with Honda.
I really love the bike but these problems won't make me do that.

Buy a can of silicone tank treatment, empty your tank and leav it in the sun for 2 hours with the lid open. Pour the contents inside and shake the tank violently till the insides are coated,.. you can thenndrain out the excess and again leav it to dry, should be available in car parts store and where you can ambassador parts.

Besides rust, paint is also chipping off bad quality.

How did you get those deep-scars on the tank lid apart from rust?

Let's I logged a complaint at their customer care centre and also got the call from dealer for inspection.
Will update once I show my bike to them.

Those scarsnare there because of a petrol bunk guy puting the petrol dispenser too hard.. creating scratches and then those scratches have started rusting,
Honda quality is going down the drain?
I see old unicorns with psint faded off and bare metal visible on tanks and they dont rust! But this thing here.
Go to the svc and complaint

My Trigger is just 950 kms old but im already facing inconvenience with gear shift. it is not smooth at all (makes a hammering kind of sound whenever I shift).
                      Any solution?

Congratulations on the new ride brother, kindly post pictures etc for others to see.
Relax your bike engine is new if will be a little harsh now,
Have you gone for any service?
Change engine oil every 1000km and get the centrifugal oil filter cleaned,
Adjust cluth cable and get carb tuned,
If tappets are set loose for a new engine get them tightened after completing 2000km on your odo

Prajwal, Congratulation for your new ride.

My ride is as new as yours.
Me too faced notchy gear shifting for initial time.
Later on it will smoothen out. But if you stop at signal and jump from neutral to second gear instead of first then it will make such noise.
But in general my ride at least doesn't make any such noise.
                          Just be gentle while shifting.

                          Regards,
                          Suraj

BTW can you guys suggest optimal tyre pressure (warm) for a single rider?

As for the tyre pressure its 25/30 maybe. You can look back the pages of the thread to find out.
