I am planning on purchasing a tank pad, chain cleaning & lube kit and a tank bag...
For tank pad is this the right one - http://googleweblight.com/?lite_url=...qIlbb52lqcfdUg

For tankbag - i think i will go with Cramster Turtle..
For chain clean kit - Motul chain clean & lube kit.

Also, how often should i clean the Chains??

What are your views on the same.. please do sbare guys, thank you

dhaval826... bro, i dont have that problems, may be because mine is new; have only clocked 500kms on it.. mine vibrates at low rpms only but once it crosses 65kmph vibrations are not there..
Have you checked with the fairing?? Most say vibrations are due to loose fairing and you can use rubber pieces inbetween the screws of the fairing for tightly securing them.. i dont know much, am also new
The faring nd head nuts hv been ti8nd nd i believe its nt tht problm becoz it doesnt persist at 5 or above rpm.

If u can please try checking if its at 4k rpm.

This bike has 2 persisting problems the head looks nd the 4k rpm vibrations. If these can be rectified it will hv huge sale boost.

Other than that its a peice of the art bike.

Will wait for your post with pics.
I have been using Keiti pads for 4 years. Great quality. I got it from PlanetDSG as well.
I use Viaterra Fly tankbags (without magnet). I tend to avoid magnetic ones as they scratch the tank.
Lube your chain every 400 odd km. Clean it once a month. More frequent lubing and cleaning in rainy season.
Do NOT let your chain run dry.

H7 has a separate high beam filament and low beam filament. I mean they are separate bulbs. Hence, a pair will contain 2 bulbs of either low beam or high beam.
But if I'm not wrong, ZMR 2 uses the same bulb for both beams. Just the reflectors are different. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Kindly take a pic of both your bulbs and post here. Try to take a close up.

P.S - Usually on H4 type setups, upper reflector is responsible for low beam and bottom reflector for high beam.

1. In most of my rides we ride at 60 65kmph nd tht is the 5th gears 4k rpm. Full vibration rides.

2. In most cases i hv noticed i change gear as soon as m at 4 Rpm as the vibrations are a lot, whereas in my bros duke 200 it feels so good to rev his bike without vibrations.

3. Has anyone found out how to reduce or end this vibration issue for the sake of ZMR.

Guys if u can help with ur views on vibration nd post some pics of ur zmr. Keep #ZMRThreadAlive.

I wouldn't recommend Osram Nightbreaker just because they are not worth the money you spend.

Philips/P8 Xenon's come as pair and a pair will cost about 10k/7k respectively for 35w.

The bulbs in the link posted above should be genuine. Avoid eBay while buying headlamps as they're famous for fake products.
For brakes screeching, try a pressure wash and let the system dry by itself.

http://www.ebay.in/itm/100-Original-...-/271591009491 ...... Dont know which one is legitimate

Also, one problem am facing with my ZMR is the screeching sound coming from both breakes even when am not applying them. Is there any way to suppress them??

Yes, you can use. But only concern will be glare & you will be a magnet to cops. [emoji12]

Projector is a gamble as market is flooded with Chinese stuff !! I would suggest to source P220 low beam projector and get it mounted. Not sure on feasibility part.

I will then go for 35W low beam projector and 55W Halogen for Hi-beam. I hope this set up wont drain my battery.

Also, can you suggest which brand should i go for - Low beam projector 35W xenon?? I presume Halonix will be a good brand as @Divya Sharan suggested them..

I will have to buy both of them online itself as my place wont be having any of these...
