Re: Hero Karizma ZMR (2014 version)
Hello Everyone
I am an avid follower of this group.
Ever since I got the news from the internet that Hero have stopped the production of Karizma R / ZMR since dec 2015, I have been eagerly waiting for the next model.
Does any body have any news regarding this?
I have asked a lot of dealerships but they have all maintained that they dont know of any new model.
Kindly help..........

Hi Vinod
I had a similar problem in my bike, I used to feel jerks as if there is uneven throttle. Just change the air filter and it would work
Also, better go to authorized SVC, mechanics may not be able to understand Fi systems

Sorry I forgot that this was ZMR v2 we're talking about. See if Ceat Zoom works for you. 120/80-18 tubeless.Originally posted by himu View PostThe stock rear tyre of ZMR V2 is 120/80-18 and I am really having hard time finding good tyre of this size.

Yes the stock size is 80/100-18 but 80/90-18 masseter can be safely fitted in ZMR/R and it is recommended by MRF in their official website. Masseter has an 80/90-18 option but not in the stock size.
While Masseter is earning rave reviews, MRF Vyde (100/90-18) and MRF Zapper Q (100 and 110/90-18) are good rear tires.
Only Zapper P is available in this size don't know about performance or availability.Originally posted by Divya Sharan View PostTrue. But I feel 90/80-18 would become too low a sidewall for Bangalore craters. I searched 90/90-18 (front), but to no avail.
Also speedo error with 90/90-18 would be negligible.

For front there is a MRF masseter with soft compound but for rear I am not finding many options. The best I could find is CEAT vertigo rage. CEAT claims it to be dual purpose tyre but it is not widely available. Does anyone know a better option ?

Apart from what Mr.Divya Sharan had observed, do check up the front wheel bearing for wear and lubrication .Originally posted by himu View Post@Divya Sharan @psr any thoughts ?
