GW250S makes more sense IMO. Looks better...but already a heavy bike will even become heavier. So the present GW250 makes more sense and an after market 2 to 1 exhaust can make it even better. But the finishing of stock exhausts are impeccable.

If there is any credibility in this news & going by the junta's fixation with faired offerings, I wouldn't be surprised if Suzuki brings in the GW250F.

You are killing me by every speculation Inazuma with fairing, updated CBR by December! Please tag me tomorrow or whenever you have any info from your sources. I love Inazuma and really hate this casual approach by Suzuki, with no ads, no marketing support, basically selling the bike by mouth publicity alone.

Well, Rishaad Cooper of Auto Car contacted Honda on my request to find about CBR 300. Rishad's response to me - " just asked honda2wheelerin for you, official line is no new small capacity CBR for India in immediate future"

Not very sure what this means.

Well, going by 'no new' could mean that they might just launch the 250R face-lift, rather than 300R, methinks.

The Honda Svc center guy I spoke to swore that it's a new CBR. Anyway, this is all unconfirmed news & speculation.

I think Honda, Yamaha & Suzuki should take a leaf from Kawasaki. In spite of being a low volume segment, they still brought in the Z250 to play along with the N300. Good strategy: a slightly lower capacity naked with a faired offering in the same segment.

Honda should go with 250 naked & 300 faired offerings. Would heat up the segment.

Apparently, Inazuma no longer features in the Suzuki Motorcycles India website anymore. Not sure what plans Suzuki have for Inazuma. It looks unlikely that Suzuki would continue selling Inazuma or introduce the faired version.

Have you tried adjusting the headlight through screw ? svc center mechanic can do this easily as per your likening as my lights were also pointing to sky but after adjustment its looking good.

And for vibration once you go through full range of rpm with redlining every now and then for 5-6 times, vibration will reduce, now i am feeling vibration only at 9K and above that also on gear shift lever and rear brake lever NOT the foot peg and i think i will feel more improvement after second service.

And I love engine sound after 7K rpm.

yesterday accident happen with My Inazuma.

Going on Noida DND flyway, which ends with split end i was following a bike, after entering the the right road that jerk suddenly braked hard hard and not only this he started moving backwards and entered left road and gone. I successfully braked on time bcz may be i was driving fully prepared for every jerk driving on road but a Activa behind me was not so prepared and hit me hard from back, boy my heart is like that, the guy who initiated the accident just turned and run with looking backward without giving any chance of follow up , I with that Activa guy could have take that guy for fun ride but he escaped. Following observation.

1.) Balance of bike is great even in crash also I only felt the collision but no lose of balance.
2.) This bike is built like Tank very strong Activa front was totally broken but only a scratch on my bike exhaust with bend in saree guard which i straighten by kicking.
3.) Panic braking was good for Inazuma though, technically it can not be called panic braking bcz I had maintained the enough distance for braking but i was speeding for overtaking that jerk driver. I dont know why Activa guy hadn't maintained the distance for panic braking. but cant blame him much as it was totally unexpected as that someone on highway will stop suddenly and start moving backward!!! all of sudden.

Anyway i had talk with Suzuki showroom person, according to him they don't have any info on discontinuation of Inazuma, and still accepting booking. Dont know what is happening till we get confirmation from Suzuki officially.

As per ride experience of 3000+KM, Urbane setup of Indian roads with uneven speed breakers & pot holes is where this bike belongs:- overtake at will any vehicle except high end cars(BMW's), excellent cruising comfort & speed. Though on highway it is still very comfortable and smooth cruising easily 110KMPH all day but wind blast above 110KMPH, short gearing( I really want sixth gear to provide more speed at 6K-7K rpm range) makes Highway less comfortable compared to city ride.

Hey Arnab

the vibes are definitely much lesser on what we see on Duke ( i owned a duke 200 for almost an year in the past but not sure about Duke 390) . Even Ninja has some vibrations at 7-8K rpm and handlebar vibrations were present in N300 as well when you push the bike to close to rev limiter, this is the nature of 2-cylinder pot. they used a counter balancer to tone down the vibrations but its still there at some rpms. the gud thing is its manageable. Only in-line fours will have less vibrations.

Few pics there. I used saddle bag and it is not hitting the silencer for the entire trip, there are lot of places to hook your saddle bad and which means it stays right there.

Inazuma has the smoothest engine i have ever seen. I have owned a duke 200 for a year and then ninja300 for almost last 7 months.
Even the Ninja does not come close to Inazuma in terms of refinement and smoothness.
Even at 10000rpm she feels and sounds so smooth, it is something that i find hard to put in words.

It was priced at 3.5 on road navi mumbai when i decided on Ninja. At the current price she is one sweet bike.

I hope you are alright & didn't sustain any injuries. Jerks like these are the bane of our roads. Anyway, I can relate to this very much, as I had a similar incident just in the 2nd week of ownership. Just that in my case, I was hit by a woman riding a Scooty, at a red light! Imagine this, I'm idling at a red light & this woman comes behind me & then, 'bam'. And to my dismay, she reversed to only ram again - guess she was learning to ride. I was furious, but couldn't do much. On examining the bike later, I could see a minor scratch on the paintjob, just above the tail light.

You could try sprocket change, for a higher top-speed & mid-range. I've seen in some UK forums that they use 16/44 (extreme) & 14/44 (moderate) combos to get the desired effect.

I tried to check out the official website and to my dismay found that this bike is no longer listed. If the bike is still available for booking, probably it is a marketing gimmick to make prospective buyers rush to their showrooms or may be they are planning to discontinue it once they sell off the available units. If that happens it would be a premature demise indeed. IMO Suzuki should really do something about this.

PS: I'm planning to pay a visit to the nearest showroom tomorrow.

I called the Bittoo Suzuki showroom today, in Lajpat Nagar, Delhi. It is the most premium Suzuki dealer in Delhi. And according to them we have nothing to worry about, the Inazuma is very much available and there are no plans whatsoever to discontinue that bike in India. And there's no info of any new colors coming.
