The link Sitemap - List of useful Links | Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd. also not working. No official announcement though.

Bye Bye Inazuma. Really unfortunate that Suzuki who know consumer pulse and rule small car market is struggling in two wheeler segment with its mediocre decisions.

I sincerely hope they are launching the dual color tone which they recently launched in UK market.

May be they plan for GSX150R to compete with R15 and CBR150. As they already launched Gixxer as rival with Fz. Also inazuma was china made, which increased production costs and less profits

If its true, not a good decision by Suzuki. Inazuma was a good bike with some supreme quality which is not seen these days . Hope this news is not true

I honestly wish that Inazuma continues to be there.

Also, new graphics are up on front page.

Still fingers crossed for GW250(Inazuma)... GW250F looks cooler except for that lardy front-fender. I'll start saving if blue-white GW250F is made available in India.

                    Some news:
Sushanth Shetty is attempting to set a new world record for the fastest overland journey from the United Kingdom to India, riding a Suzuki Hayabusa.

I can't help but ask, he could save some fuel if done on GW250, no?

Back from bengaluru. Total trip distance is close to 1000kms. (went to mysore along with my friends). A brief review below:
                      1) it can do 110kmph all day, doesn't feel stressed out as somebody mentioned in the review
                      2) light is totally inadaqueate. No focus and the beam is tangentially leaving the earth to some other planet.
                      3) vibes are there at around 8K rpm mark. But nothing to stress you out. As you begin to cruise at the same rpm, vibes settle down.
                      4) economy is around 30kmph. Fuel gauge is sometimes error prone.
                      5) easy to load luggage.
                      6) seat has not become comfortable after 1800kms of odo. Thought it would break in but not yet and I feel that it's narrower for the rider. Ninja seat though stiff, is good enough in covering your a$#.
                      7) suspension is the best part on this bike. Entire value can come from this one-of-kind setup at this price point.
                      8) handling is good. But quick lane changes gets some inertia from rear wheel. Also when you back off the lane changes little late, rear wheel still tend to go ahead and only settle down later. So better to plan your handling. Fast corners are dealt very easily.
                      9) bestto enjoy at 110kmph and use the excess rpms for overtaking. You can go beyond this speed but I bet you will enjoy this bike more at that speed as it is pure pleasure on open highway.
                      10) gets you a lot of respect from ppl riding cars and bullet-fanatics. However college guys andDuke owners give that "someone bought this" look. Never mind.

I'm not sure if that's the case - I had a chat with the Svc Manager at SMK Suzuki, Chennai; I had called up to book a slot for my bike's first service. He says that quite a few of the owners had called him to find out the cause of the commotion & I was (apparently) the 4th to call so, today! He says the bike's demand of late has been on the rise & they didn't have enough (CKD) kits to assemble for the booked numbers. So, they had to pull the bike off from the site, temporarily, until they had enough imports in place.

I'm not sure what to make of this - but, I plan to check with the regional representative of Suzuki, when I go in for service. He sits at SMK dealership. Hope this will clear the air.

                            Nice to know!

                            2) light is totally inadaqueate. No focus and the beam is tangentially leaving the earth to some other planet.

I've never faced this issue, as I leave office during the night & the beam spread seems to be correctly focused & just about adequate.

                            3) vibes are there at around 8K rpm mark. But nothing to stress you out. As you begin to cruise at the same rpm, vibes settle down.

Oh, I feel vibes at 5.5k rpm (still in 1st stage of run-in). Does this bike have two resonance points?

                            4) economy is around 30kmph. Fuel gauge is sometimes error prone.
                            5) easy to load luggage.

Can you please specify if it was saddlebags (either side) or viaterra claw like bag, you carried around?

                            6) seat has not become comfortable after 1800kms of odo. Thought it would break in but not yet and I feel that it's narrower for the rider. Ninja seat though stiff, is good enough in covering your a$#.

Well, I need to take a long ride to find out. For shorter rides (read 50 to 70 km), this feels good.

The rear tracks too early, that's true. But, once you are picking the right lines & banked in, it is very stable. It is still not a fast-turning bike (unless you are committed & use your weight to do so).

                            9) best to enjoy at 110kmph and use the excess rpms for overtaking. You can go beyond this speed but I bet you will enjoy this bike more at that speed as it is pure pleasure on open highway.
                            10) gets you a lot of respect from ppl riding cars and bullet-fanatics. However college guys and Duke owners give that "someone bought this" look. Never mind.

                            I can vouch for it.

Sure thing. But, when I checked with the SMK guys, when I had gone in to fit the center stand, they said that they had no info. However, I feel there is a strong reason for Suzuki to actually bring in the faired version, coz, I heard from the Honda Svc guys that HMSI might launch the updated CBR (not sure if it's the 250R or 300R), by December. If there is any credibility in this news & going by the junta's fixation with faired offerings, I wouldn't be surprised if Suzuki brings in the GW250F.

Within city limit headlamp might look fine, not sure if you rode on highway yet. For me, onceOut of highway (4 or 6 lane), focus is lost. And the angle of high beam is hitting the vehicles afront and not the road. I made use of vehicles as reference point.

Foot peg vibes came in at 5.5K but the thing is @8K rpm there is a minor tingle on handlebar which I felt little bad. Few others said that these vibes goes away after (1st and 2nd) service.
