Re: KTM RC 200 Owners Experience Thread
The fuel gauge is unreliable tbh and keeps fluctuating. But When the low fuel warning shows up fuel is around 2.5 liters and when the gauge is empty i.e no bars it is around 1.5 liters, I tested it myself. I think reserve is when there are no bars on the gauge and Range is 0, low fuel warning is just a warning that reserved fuel is about to be used. Also if you were on the highway its normal. I did 270km on the highway once before reserve showed up and did 20 more in city after that as i was too lazy to go and fuel up. Total fuel filled after that was 9.11 liters to the brim. Overall FE is good.Originally posted by xplod566 View PostNever ride faster than your guardian angel can fly.

Update :
After thoroughly cleaning and lubing the chain, the issue still persists but not all the time, it occurs randomly and sometimes not at all, but definitely a lot less noticeable.Never ride faster than your guardian angel can fly.

Is there an easy fix for noise/vibration from battery cover? Its getting really annoying. I usually hear it on bad/uneven roads and as soon as i apply a little pressure on the cover, it's goneNever ride faster than your guardian angel can fly.

Re: KTM RC 200 Owners Experience Thread
Hi,
It has been more than 30 days (34 to be precise) since i booked my rc 200. The showroom people said that it will take maximum of 30-40 days for the bike to arrive ( well it was 2 weeks at first, then 30 and now 30 to 40). But the bike has not arrived yet. And when I asked them for an exact date they can't even say that. Can anyone tell me about what goes into the delivery process? Like how the showroom orders the bikes. Because when i tried to enquire they couldn't give me any straight answer. And is there a way to get the bike faster? Now i am not even sure if I will get the bike within these 40 days. After years of realease it is unbelievable that waiting period is still that long, when it is readily available in some other states.

Re: KTM RC 200 Owners Experience Thread
Sometimes i have this problem that headlights don't turn on at all after using the headlight switch but high beam flash works when i press the flasher. Happened twice and started working again after i turned the bike off for some time. One instance happened early in the morning and at night.Never ride faster than your guardian angel can fly.

Re: KTM RC 200 Owners Experience Thread
Hi guys
I have some tick noise coming from the front near the handlebar every time I apply the front brake. I think it's from the suspension. It's quite loud and worries me. What could be the issue? So every time the bike dives forward when braking a tick sound can be heard.

Re: KTM RC 200 Owners Experience Thread
it's most probably the 'cone-set' (steering stem race+bearings). first try to get it adjusted/tightened a bit or maybe even apply some grease and put it back together.Originally posted by nikhn View PostHi guys

if that doesn't fix it, then you will probably need to replace the cone-set.
