    Hi, I have booked R3 on 20th Jan, still waiting delivery. When i booked, i was told blue is available. After a week or 10 days the showroom informs me that only black is available, so i had no choice of colors and still the bike has not been delivered. The wait is insane for R3 sometimes going upto 2 months.

    Which color did you get ? If you got the blue, you are lucky.

    This is one awesome jugaad. Is it possible to modify this to include grab rails ? How effective is this for the saddle bags ?

    Many showrooms have run out of existing stock of R3.
    You might not be able to get an R3 let alone any offer.
    However you could get a used ABS version for 3.5L and non ABS version for 2.4L on OLX.
    Once April 1 deadline of BS6 norms take effect a new bike will be impossible.

    Best to check at Pacer Hebbal, Bangalore Wheels Rajajinagar, Perfect Riders Lal bagh, and Vinayak Domlur.
    The last one is a little sketchy.

    Yes its indeed 3.5k for the radiator, compared to 27k on the Ninja 300. Just saying.

    Seriously. Is that how much R3 radiator costs? I might skip the hassle involved in finding and installing the grill(even cheaper aliexpress stuff in that case).

    Another debate going in my head is over frame sliders( as they come with its own advantage/disadvantages) How much does the fairing cost?

    It's not really required.
    Especially in delhi where temperature can go very high in summer and a radiator grill will only obstruct airflow.
    A grill would cost you about 3.5k to 4k. A new radiator costs 3.5k.
    Bent fins do not cause cause any dip in cooling performance of R3.

    You will just need to inform the water wash guys to not spray over the radiator.

    Can somebody please advise/share link for radiator grill. I plan have it installed from dealer on delivery date. So far found one on Bandidos Pitstop. Has anybody used their rill?
    Also if i get the tank ppf wrapped do tank grips stick to it?

    Exhaust comes down to personal preference, my 2 cents Is that, get a good quality exhaust particularly made for the bike and of it's a full a system , make sure to slap on a ecu and a air filter. If your not into changing the exhaust but still want performance, you can play around with the sprocketing , or change the ecu.

    Thank you for the reply..!! So if not an exhaust system are there any other mods possible on the r3 especially ones that enhances performance or ride feel? For example a Quickshifter would be a really great addition imo.

    Branded/Expensive Option
    Orion motors above the Suzuki Showroom in Koramangala, Exactly opposite Forum Mall(when coming from the Christ college side) stocks the Akra slip-on.

    Cheaper/Knockoff
    Other options are the cheap first copy replica exhausts you get from random bike shops. Quality of these cheap knockoffs are also something to think about.

    I fully agree with Gollum here.
    The bike won't sound so great with a slip on. The Akra would be the closest you would get to a good decent sound output but cost vs output is pretty bad for this case.
    3or4 pot engines is where opening up the exhaust actually gives improvements in sound.
    IMO the R3 sounds best in stock form it has that deep grumble and sounds not too loud to the point of being a nuisance and personally would not want to change that.

    Depending on the dealership that you go to for service, they may void your bike warranty if your bike has a 3rd pty slip on exhaust.
    That said, most people here install a slip on after the warranty expires. Not all bike parts are cheap and warranty covers unwanted expense.
