There is something called clutch switch beneath your left clutch lever. If you peep in you will see a switch and a connector with a bunch of wires going in. Check if this connector is loose or undone. If everything's connected fine and you still have issue starting, replace the switch, the switch might be faulty. But before that, check the connector if it's properly inserted and not loose.

I have attached a pic herewith. Circled in thick red named switch.

Connectors to the clutch switch, beside clutch lever might be loose. Check and properly connect the wires if loose.

True. The production of the R15s has been stopped by the factory is the same thing that's echoed on almost every showroom. It can be a temporarily factor, as they might be updated for an ABS setup, for which the production might be halted and re-produced. We'll have to wait and see. But, for now, I can confirm the showroom folks aren't entertaining any R15s booking.

    Cheers!

But I doubt about relaunching with ABS.

Because, Yamaha launched S version as some customers requested for the same because of V2 seat height.

At that time, very few bikes had seat height like V2 and so they brought S version.

But today, 8/10 bikes are with more or less such seat heights and so Yamaha might won’t bring it back with ABS now.

Who knows, they might do it. We have to wait and watch.

    Hi guys,

Can some member from Delhi suggest a good mechanic who can perform the fork alignment menthod in this video:-

(the method which involves loosening of the front assembly and then pressing the front end a dozen times to straighten everything)

I think my forks are not parallel to each other and need to try this method but don't have the tools.

I am trying to rope him in here. Did you check with a mechanic nearby, at least they can help you out with the right sized T rod measurement. Easy peasy?

    Cheers!

You can use soft spiked handlebar grips. These grips have ribbed/spiked protrusions. They offer good palm grip. They cost hardly 150 to 200 rupees and most auto shops have them, even some seat repair shops.
