      Twice in one year, my battery has died on me out of the blue in the morning. I ride my bike everyday on weekdays. At any rate, it does not go beyond two days without being ridden. The first time this happened, I got the alternator and the battery checked. Both were fine. Charged the battery and it worked fine. Anyone else faced the same issue?

        I think fault is in your battery. If alternator have issue or misbehaving then you must have faced this frequently.

          Bro my bike engine is overheating too much when i changed from tvs oil to shell advance ultra 10w40. Apache 160 4v which is nearly 15 months old and did about 6000kms odo readings.i got the doubt about originality of the shell oil and cross checked the bottle it is original shell advance ultra.but my bikes engine is overheating too much even when i travel less than 10 kms. The heat from the engine is felt too much on my legs. This issue started after i put shell to my engine, before for tvs oil the engine was also heating but it was not to this huge extent.
          I also have the doubt that this shell can manage the heat so that my engine could be good for long duration????
          I also noticed one thing after the shell oil is poured into my engine gear shifts became very very smooth the only major problem is engine heating tooo much.my idle rpm of bike is 1000rpm. does this oil also making heating issues in your bike 200 4v ??? Is there any tips for less heating of my 160 4v??

            Hi, I don't have any issues with the engine oil. I don't think it's engine oil that causes heat, please check with your mechanic for this.

              It’s normal. Even I felt the same. Nothing is wrong with the oil and engine. The oil doesn’t have much heat absorbing tendency. Also we have oil cooler and ram air assist for cooling. Nothing to worry.

                Have to replace the front tyre. It got 7-8 punctures during off roading. Now the air itself is not holding up after repairing the punctures.

                Any recommendations?

                  Comparing Pirelli Angel CT and Zapper
                  If you're looking for good grip, look no other than Pirellis, they are costly and they offer leech like grip. The Zapper series FS are decent ones, does duty on Pulsar and the likes and they are pretty much hard wearing. The TVS Remora the another inhouse tire, too offers Zapper-ish grip, though I haven't had a chance to encounter the way I did with Pirellis. Both the Zapper and Remora cost almost similar with a few hundred bucks difference here and there, but if you want decent life and above average performance Zapper and Remoras do the job. Steer clear of Michelin Pilot Sporty tires, they are a scary set of tires, personally I felt.

                      Depends. Are you a city rider or are you a highway rider? City means heavy brake usage, highway means lower brake usage. Do you have a heavy throttle hand? Hard acceleration will wear out your tyre faster. And most importantly, have you checked your tyres out to see how much tread they have left, if there's uneven wear, had more than a few punctures?

                      I changed my tyres, both front and rear, at about 14k Kms. TVS Remora tyres are pure garbage and I have a heavy braking foot so rear was almost bald. I started losing traction on the front as well. I upgraded Michelin pilot sporty front and Michelin PR4 rear.

                      If your tyres fit any of the above mentioned criteria then change them ASAP. Hope this helps.

                        Check out your owners manual. It will clearly state when to replace a given tire, by reading the tire wear indicators on a tire. But visually, there are lots of tell tale signs and practical feel that would warrant a tire replacement.

                              sadly u will have to change the handle bar and get something like duke handlebar that can be easily raised using raisers
                              u will also need to drill a hole in the T clamp of handle bar ti fit duke handle bar
