You might want to check the tyre pressure if it's same as recommended by TVS.

I had similar issues. In my case it was like 42kmpl to 30kmpl. I retuned carb and adjusted the valve clearance.

I have done 10k kms running on everything stock and motul 7100.
Could you pls explain more about the stutter. Is it when the clutch is released, or more of a jerk like when chain is loose or sprocket damper is damaged, or it could be even bad fuelling due to poor quality fuel or clogged jets wherein the engine jerks at low rpm and suddenly smoothens out at certain rpm.
If the chain is tight at certain sections and loose at other, check the lubrication and always tighten the chain according to spec at the tightest section to avoid damage to sprockets. Some tight sections are normal esp in O ring chains but check for chain roller dryness, rusting and stretch. If the stretch is too much, it needs replacement.

    Hi guys,

Just had a small fall while cornering on my bike. Nothing major, few scratches to me. As for the bike, clutch lever, leg guard and strangely somehow fuel on/off knob is broken. Any inputs about these parts cost would be helpful.

    Thanks

No, i have not even tried clutchless shifting.
However, i have done engine breaking in few emergencies.

Bro i always shift around 5k rpm. No problem is there if i pull from relatively higher speed and gently but if i pull from relatively low rpm and open throttle fully there it vibrates for a brief period probably half a second or so. So i don't think it's low rpm stuttering. I tried svcs in kota but they are clueless as usual

Rev the bike upto 4k rpm every time before upshifting. Use the 1st gear at extreme low speeds. The stuttering sound you mentioned could be the engine lugging. Prolonged lugging can seriously damage your engine, so downshift to the right gear at right speed.

At what speed you’re getting the stutter feel.

I usually shift to 2nd gear after 10 Kmph. Each gear will be shifter after every 10 kmph speed. Similarly shifting down. 1st gear up to 10. 2nd upto 20. Like that.

Check your clutch. Use clutch if you experience stutter feel. Re check your chain.

Place your bike in ground (sidestand) and check the slack then make sure you have at least 0.5 to 1 inch of slack.

I do the exact same thing and 1&2 are load gears so this can't be caused by that at all. Though it can happen if you lug your engine in say 3 or 4th gears at 2bd gear speeds. Like I said it's just really unlucky.
