My bike is just 6 months old and has ran 3500+ kms.
It was all good till second service and few days before second service, the bike refused to start and the display goes off and reset automatically. There is no issue in using horn and other electrical.
ASC said relay has gone and will replace under warranty and did the same. But exactly after a month, the same issue happened.
This time I went to main dealership at city (NP TVS MADURAI) and asked to resolve and complete third free service.
They said they have resolved but within 4-5 kms from asc, again the same issue happened. Asked them to check and replace battery.
Next day asc called and asked to take bike and nothing wrong with battery.
Now again after a month (600-700 kms) I’m facing same issue and this time I’m not going to asc or regional manager.
I have tweeted about the issue and I hope I’ll get a call back.
Just do the same brother.
Demand for a replacement/refund for sure. However, they won’t provide refund. But Don’t let this matter pass. Atleast they can rectify it or replace it. We have to fight back for getting faulty ones.
Don’t trust those Asc people’s sugarcoated words.
