Sure, buddy. Some have taken up the issue with the service center. They will supposedly get an update on Friday.

I asked a few people around and most of them have the problem/yet to have. Usually they get it within 1000kms.

OK, Yes I will provide all details about what happened at KTM dealership for First service. Although nothing useful happened, And the stupid mechanic erased the code detected, However as i was filming so got the required info. I request everyone to kindly throw some light on what exactly this error code means. Please go through the short video below and provide information on the same if anyone has any regarding this code. That was total ignorance on part of the mechanic to simply clear the codes without checking further.

From what little online digging i did to find more about this U2924, it came up saying "U" code is a network related code (others being P code i.e. powertrain C-chassis etc..) It maybe related to the new Canbus implementation.. a bad connection somewhere or maybe their diag tool has not been updated to handle the new 390 electronics.

Yeah its due to the CAN I feel, Even I found something related; I guess its directly due to new instrument cluster, see below

the technician who deleted the codes clearly wasn't trained well, he had no idea about it I guess.

the ktm's heat up and that is normal. you will feel the heat on your legs (gets worse during summers), more so if you ride wearing sandals or shorts.
this is not an 'issue' but how the bike behaves. stay away from the bike if you think it's an issue or can't handle the 'heat'.
Ride one to get a real feel of how it is before you decide.
