      Yes, if they replace your console the new ODO will be 0.0Kms.

      I had got it replaced on my previous 390 (out of warranty) and it costed me only 7K, but this one costs 18K and in no ways I'm paying for that. So if its flickering, I might as well get it replaced now.

        Yes, I am aware of that in Old pre-2017 390's it'd get reset to 0 kms Orange/Black LED console.

        But my question is regarding the new color LCD TFT console. I remember reading on the same thread someone mentioned that going forward 2017+ D390, the ODO reading is also stored in ECU aswell and SVC has tool that can flash/write back the old ODO kms reading from ECU onto the new TFT which was replaced.

        Never got any confirmed response from the owners on this thread who got it replaced under warranty.

          Irrespective of what chain you use, don't forget the timely lubrication procedure. A well lubricated and slacked chain will always last longer, run smoother, and reduce good amount of transmission losses.

            the pre 2017 models also have the odo reading stored on the ecu. i've seen the odo reading show up on their diagnostic tool when connected to my 2014 duke (the reading was around 3% less than what was shown on the odo. never got a proper answer as to why the discrepancy.

            but i doubt if its possible to reflash a new console with the odo reading.

              Can someone guide me as to how I can connect both my phone and my helmet bluetooth to the bike, without getting static?

                Yup, this happens when "durt" gets accumulated within the rings and when the suspension compresses, the durt acts as an abrasive and starts grinding causing circular ring of rust and paint peel. You can't help it, you can either get it changed under warranty or try to forget and live with it. It won't cause a problem per se.
