Both Brakes or just one, Mine fails to start properly with left brake lever.Originally posted by Shaloam View PostHello guys
My ntroq self start is not working properly ( no sound when pressing the self start button) while in kick start it starts in single crank. anyone knows the solution for this problem?
Right one works fine. So I just use the right brake to start.

Either the battery is dead(check terminals too) or starter motor needs checkup.

Re: TVS-NTorq 125 Ownership Thread
Surprisingly my hornet runs more smoothly in honda mineral oil, price is 250 per litre, previously i was using motul 5100, 10w 30 . Bdw i also have tvs jupiter . How's the tvs synthetic oil, i am planning to use it after completing 5000 kilometres. Below is the 2nd servicing cost of my hornet. Only 299 rupees [emoji56][emoji56]Originally posted by Aswinlogi View PostWow that's good and what about your Hornet's oil ? Yeah semi-synthetic is ok I hope so, for scooters.

Although there isn't much of the need of fully synthetic oil, a semi synthetic oil does the job. But stick with the figures (10W30) as recommend by TVS else u will see a performance drop but surely a smoother engine. Motul 3100, Shell AX7 are one of the best available for scooters.

Yeah I am using synthetic TRU 4 (10W30) for Apache. (recommended by manual) It's little costlier than normal oils, but hopefully good!!

Smooth acceleration is the key mate, I've been riding it calm and yeah it returned me around 50Originally posted by Gollum View PostHow are you getting a mileage of 50 in Bangalore?
I've done a reserve to reserve test while riding in economy and I've only managed 42 max.
When riding 2up, the ntorq gives about 32-35.
