i think new owners should just keep off these social media, forums etc for a couple of months and just enjoy riding the bike first. thanks to these sources, folks end up discovering orgasmic vibes, sounds and get worried/paranoid after some 'expert' (like me) tells him what could be the issue/solution.

IMO, it is wrong when you dont have the correct date and publish it in YouTube and looking for views.
And prospective buyer would get different opinion because of such info.

Ever since I finished my first service, I have been getting calls from tvs asking about the bike's performance.
Yes, the vibes have come down, but there's some really irritating vibe coming from the right front -towards the mirror. The service centre wasn't able to fix it. The two piece tank joint is uneven near the seat - again couldn't be fixed.
What irritated me the most was - the service centre person says- vibes are there in all bikes. It's normal.
And the person who calls for feedback had the audacity to say - "all bikes vibrates. Tell me one bike which doesn't have vibes."
I said, I have owned bike previously, and this is definitely not acceptable, to which he said, please come to the service centre and we'll try to fix it. (I know whats gonna happen there)
Again some bolt tightening and that's it, it's not fixable!

which svc ? did you try changing the svc ?

This was at SBM. I took my vehicle from there, hence stuck with them. Have been hearing better stuff about Dhiraa. Shall try them next.
The service mechanic was atleast courteous.

The feedback guy was outright arrogant!

For the quality they have.. the pricing is pretty good!!.... Offcours.. u get wat u pay! Unlike other Indian brands who provides low quality cheap materials.

I couldn't find out if it is X ring or o ring. Do you have info on that?

Also somebody mentioned that the light weight trellis frame isn't suitable for touring. Do you know what is the maximum weight capacity?

To clear the doubt about mileage, ~50 kmpl was acheived in controlled conditions.
6th gear - ~50-60kmph

You really need heck of a patience to keep yourself from pinning the throttle for such a long time.

I know a few.
Headlight and tail light are by rinder rated for 8L hrs for front
Chain by rolon estimated 30k kms ( don't care x or o as long as it has performance and life) approx 6.8k including tax and labour
Wheels are cast aluminium not steel.
Brake pad ecb sintered costs 2.5k for front
Forks obviously by kyb
Clip ons aluminium.
Fuel guage and speedometer is damn accurate.
Complete fairing including both l and r costs 8k and its modular in construction.
Price seems reasonable to me considering the life, material and vendor, may not be for others, will update if I get further info
