Umm, aren't insurance claims cut down the prices of all the spares so that they need to pay less?
TVS has now released the price list of the spares and I'm a bit surprised that it actually comes a bit costlier. Well, I own a Pulsar 220 so they look costly.
To someone who is paying 2.5L, it must be dirt cheap. A Lamborghini air filter might cost 35K but then, the owner spent 2-3 crore on the car and the air filter might look like breakfast money to him/her but for us poor chaps, it is 5 months rent. [emoji23]

. i noticed this seems to be more of an issue when you have such bikes being sold alongside smaller bikes that are sold in large numbers and form the bread and butter for most dealers. bajaj did a good move moving ktm separately,they will try to sell you the bike.. but as usual after sales service is the same nonsense that we have to go thru at most places.
