You should try using a better oil than the Hero 10w30 , even shift to 20w40 grade oil , that would make it a lot smoother , particularly for longer rides in hot climate . I know that the Hero 10w30 is a bit noisy oil . Other than that adjust chain slack correctly and lube the chain often with EP90 gear oil , then apply grease . If all this doesn't eliminate most of the vibes , I doubt that the engine or drivetrain is the source . You have to look elsewhere on the bike .

To check oil circulation I have checked oil circulation by removing valve cover oil circulation is fine I ride by bike at 50 to 60 speed always as I don't revive by bike for long time at high speed or does the engine takes time to set in to become smooth as I am not able to ride this vibrating bike

Th clutch is a wee bit weak at 27k kms , next oil change I'm thinking of replacing the fiber plates only of the clutch . Good idea ? No free-play in the clutch-outer basket , no ridges in it , plates are able to move freely yet .

Welcome to our forum brother . You did not mention vital details like how old the bike is and how many kms run . Anyway during next Hero service ask them specificaly to clean the rotor-filter & mesh filter , check oil pass through & circulation , adjust valve tappets gap , clean and re-gap spark plug if it's not too old . Also change the oil to a better one like gulf , motul , veedol etc .

I recently test rode a y2k splendor and found it to be extremely smooth compared to my passion pro. My bike has a bassy exhaust note and it easily touches 90km/h.
Riding through traffic is a breeze as 0-60 acceleration is on par with 125 cc bikes and much better than some new 110 cc bikes. All the new bikes i have ridden including
latest TVS victor 110 lack the fun to ride in city/ grunty engine character as my bike. But somehow i feel it is not as smooth as the older bikes. My pro is nearing the 1 lac km mark and the engine is still in very good condition as i replace the engine oil every 2000km. I am ready to do some experimenting with exhaust to see if my passion pro can match the smoothness of y2ksplendor/passion/joy/splendor plus . Your opinion would be very valuable to me.

You can fit the stainless steel silencer of the y2k splendoe/joy. Costs only 1400. But you will loose the back pressure of your catcon silencer and thus some low end torque. But engine will feel free revving and will pick up speed quicker.

At almost 1 lacs kilometers you need to do some works to make the engine smooth.

Clean the combustion chamber of carbon deposits, get the clutch bell overhauled in lathe and change clutch plates. Polish the valves and adjust tappets.

Change the rings as they would have lost their seal.

As for jet size the slow jet is 35 and main jet is 105.
