RTR completed 51k kms today and problems started creeping in.
Battery weak - Self start not working.
Right fork seal busted!
Some A#$hole pulled out the 180 logo sticker from the triple clamp!
Gears getting stuck (side was the culprit)
Rear tyre is almost worned out!
Its been abt 3k kms since i shifted to motul 300v 5w40. Its still holding good even after a 1800kms highway run....which include 100kmph+ speed for almost 1500kms

Nah....gears were not the problem. Its the sidestand. It was ttouching the gear lever. Guess he welded a small piece of metal to fix it!

hehehehe.....stock 160 mudgaurd itslef throws lot of muck in rain...i can imagine how 180 mudgaurd would be!

Returned home at 7.30pm from office, parked my bike on the side stand(in my parking area of the building complex). Went out in my car.
Then i come back home at 10pm and find this!!!!.
Checked with the night security, they have no idea as they have just come for their shift.
Now, how much damage should i expect?
damages are
- fairing visor is totalled.
- front left indicator is broken
And i still have no clues what might have happened.Comment

Went for the repairs + 6th servicing today.
Fairing Visor - Rs340
Indicator -Rs190
Engine oil - Rs240
Service charges -Rs330
O2 polish - Rs350
This was the estimates they gave. Was wondering whether to claiming insurance, but would have got only 50% for plastic parts - depreciation. and on top of that would lose the NCB next yr. So didnt claim insurance.

tvs's default Tru4 oil. Will take the oil with me from now on. maybe sprinta.
its another fancy bike polish company the service center has tie up with. Actually had paint marks on the bike, thanks to the recent building painting and i am too lazy to take out the paint marks.. so asked the polish guy to remove all marks and thn do the polish..
As per them..it protects the bike's color from rain/heat..and many other points which i dont remember exactly..Comment

Indicator costed me 160/- at time of crash due to diesel on road.
Fairing cost i enquired was 650/- and visor was 250/-There's lot to it other than saddle....

Rain effects"
The whole chain has got a coating of the mud...
Washed it with water, then cleaned it with the cloth, then applied fine "film" of coconut oil.
I fear i have to do it every alternate ride.
Didint got time to wash my bike too, the whole bike is covered in half inch thick coating of mud..
And even the pillion portion of seat is all brown, no one can read my num at the plate as the 180's mudguard played Piccaso!!!The Magician"

Tire :- Front MRF Zapper Fx and New Pirellie Sorts Demon on rear
Am Carrying...spark Plug / Fuel filter / Acce/clutch cable / fuse set / small pice of Wire and teflon tape / Extra oil / oil filter /Puncture repair kit/Tire Tube 18&17"
