    Celebrating my ride's 2nd birthday, I have completed 34k kms. It surprises me everytime with awesomeness! never let me down so far! Its as good as a new bike, never faced any problems, and the thrill of riding it increases day by day!

    I have taken her to many places in india.. Calcutta(West Bengal), Sikkim, Bhutan, Assam, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Delhi, Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh, Kashmir, Punjab, Ofcourse our Maharashtra, Karnataka, Goa and a lot more to come.. she visited China and Pakistan borders too!

    Thank you my dear RTR.
    A good long ride can clear your mind, restore your faith, and use up a lot of fuel.

    Always be ready (get geared) to fall and then think of sitting on the motorcycle.

      Guys, can anyone tell me when the 4th service for RTR FI is? Just got a call from TVS showroom saying that I have over shot the time for the service.
      I lost my user manual a few weeks ago

        RTR-Fi Service Schedule

        Free services:

        1st: 1 month 500-750km
        2nd: 3 months 2500-3000km
        3rd: 6 months 5500-6000km
        4th: 9 months 8500-9000km
        5th: 12 months 11500-12000km

        Pay services:

        6th: 15 months 14500-15000km
        7th: 18 months 17500-18000km
        8th: 21 months 20500-21000km
        9th: 24 months 23500-24000km
        10th: 27 months 26500-27000km
        11th: 30 months 29500-30000km

          heck my 20 month old RTR has done 35.8k kms

            my rtr fi has done 17k kms in just 8months and unicorn in its first yr had done 31k kms..

              Its not abt who has clocked the max no of kms but he has done hell lots of trips but still his no of kms is less.........just wanted to know the reason

                it was my first bike so was very curious and would ride like mad used to ride for silly reasons and used tour excessively event there have been cases of going alone jus couldnt keep it idle..

                ya i know its not about jus covering kms even my bike has done a lot of touring only diff is i dont post travelogues here..

                so hows ur rtr doing any replacement bits recently...

                        hehe.. i ride 3 km a day to office :P and that too sometimes in the car (i hate cars though!, not enough formal dresses so cant afford to get it dirty)

                          My RTR in its past 6 months has done 8K kms - 3.xxK kms during the trip alone! The R15 on the other hand has done 10K kms in the past 1 year!

                          Guess I need to start touring more on my R15 now....

                            some A$$h&#@ in college today probably dropped my bike , huge scratch on the red plastic part around headlight . the black portion under paint is visible . can it be retouched ? my 1year old RTR was scratchless till today

                                It can easily be touched up for a couple of hundreds! Just see that he matches the shade correctly&also applies clear coat finally.
                                Quench my thirst with gasoline!
