Its carb 160, no adjustments & no fiddling(hopefully) she was running fine just last nite. I had filled petrol 1.5 weeks back but I think she did get washed today which anyways happens every altrenate days.

No I have not touched any screws anywhere.

Try this - remove the spark plug, clean it with a dry cloth and fit back. Also blow air into the plug holder cable and remove any moisture in it.

Check whether the starting problem solves for now. If not, then there may be problem in the petrol and carburetor.

i'm little weak on this elec stuff.........

but i think the number plate light is of 2.5 or 5 watts so it wont be saving us a great deal of wattage but yes if the indicators will be replaced by LED's (each one is of 10 watts so 40 in total and the rear brake lamp LED of RTR is of only .5 watts

and individually they are bright as hell) then that will even save us watts to put a full fledged 90/100 watts HID....

If we connect the calculated Resistors in series, then they dissipate power equal to I*I*R watts(I-Current, R - resistance). So, in principle there is no power saving in using LEDs.
The entire electrical circuit needs to be re-designed to suit LEDs for saving power.

We must research on this. I think there's a 5 Watt resistor connected in series of Tail light LEDs. High watt rating is just to escape 'kaput'

I think a bunch of 3 to 4 ultra bright LEDs per indicator will be sufficient.

No Sir.

The "I" depends upon the Wattage of the load. If we use a quarter watt (1/4) resistor, it will dissipate less power than a 5 W or 10 W resistor. All we have to calculate is the series resistance of LEDs.

To prove it, you can use ammeter to check the current flowing through the tail light with respect to any indicator.

But make sure the circuit is closed while using Ammeter.

Agreed. Current depends on the load (resistance). Since, the battery voltage is 12V and LEDs probably function at 2V (depends on the type), you can think of connecting a number of LEDs in series.
I feel that, the resistor you are planning to connect in series will dissipate the energy as heat, whereas LEDs in series dissipate that as light (a preferred and useful one)

dont wait for any riding reviews, those changes would hardly make any impact on handling and performance......

today after washing my bike in the morning i went out to get some work done....

but after riding for about 700-800mtrs the bike stalled....
i cranked it for 24 times (i counted it

) then it started...

dont know what the reason was, but after that it ran like as always,and was glued to 1500...

i doubted it exactly, but i washed my bike with very mild pressure and i didn't sprayed directly at the 'head' and to the spark plug area....

stalling with RTR was common with that 'silver' injector but it used to crank up in the first self after that....

this was the first, with the black injectors.....
