Go for a 100/90 or a 110 /80 max . else performance and handling will go bad.

But mine one is a bit more loud noise and also when I rip the bike bit up the sound become harsh and even when in the morning I start the bike the loud sound is there and when I ride the bike I only hears the tappet sound not the nice sound of the exhaust......and also please can you give me idea that what petrol I should go for unleaded or extra premium as previously I used unleaded but later changed to extra premiumOriginally posted by haxor View PostEvery apache has this problem!

@ Sunny:: Try adjust the tappet in the morning, or better say when dead cold. This is the right time for tappet adjustment. For that you can keep your bike at SC overnight and do the job in the morning.
If the Tsound bothers you when riding, try ear plug.
Regarding fuel, you can use any one of your choice and wallet, but premimum is just waste of money for our low comp. engine. Normal unleaded is good enough.sigpic

Few modifications done on my RTR FI.
I wasn't getting time to upload the pics of the changes i've made in my bike, please bear the pics as they have been clicked by Nokia 6600.
1. R15's front pegs.

2. Belly Pan removed.

3. Dry Chain.

5. R15's rear Pegs.

6. RTR 180's rear mudguard.

7. I bolted the side part of the belly pan as the gap between the frame and the silencer pipe was too wide.

8.Kick Removed.

9. Leg guard removed.

Recently I got cleaning of tappets, throttle body and injector done.Originally posted by sunny9830687955 View PostBut mine one is a bit more loud noise and also when I rip the bike bit up the sound become harsh and even when in the morning I start the bike the loud sound is there and when I ride the bike I only hears the tappet sound not the nice sound of the exhaust......and also please can you give me idea that what petrol I should go for unleaded or extra premium as previously I used unleaded but later changed to extra premium
After that, tappet noise is not that harsh, now its an 'audible clicking' sound.
Get it done in the next servicing, or under complaint...
Moreover, to clean the sludge in the engine, try using Bardahl's Engine Klene.Originally posted by kauria View PostNormal unleaded is good enough.
One bottle for one full-tank petrol. Do it for continuous 1000 Kms, so you would be needing 2 bottles of it. Costs Rs.65 here.Yes....
I'm still Alive...

The sludge you're mentioning is exactly not the thing which matches to the said word, the engine doesnt need flushing till good 50000-60000 kms,my friends UG3 has done 76500kms without flushing or anything with timely oil changes and when his engine was opened at 53000kms it was new from inside.Originally posted by indianz_alive View Post
