Will check at home if any info was given in any catalog or something...Originally posted by rennycornelius View PostIt used to come in the Kinetic Honda scoot (CHAMPION), so i thought may be it's available for bikes too.

My victor's rear tyre is due for change now. I am planning to fit my RTR's 100/90-18 Geo cruiser on it and Putting in Zapper-Q on RTR. But I am skeptical about fitting geo cruiser on victor. I think it will rub on chain guard. Lets see whether it work or not.
@Chicane: Can you give some inputs on this?There's lot to it other than saddle....

For the victor, a 3.00" or max 90/90 is ideal. Any more is overkill and will rob performance and mileage without any additional gain in grip. Go for a zapper-c in 3.00".Originally posted by nox2505 View PostMy victor's rear tyre is due for change now. I am planning to fit my RTR's 100/90-18 Geo cruiser on it and Putting in Zapper-Q on RTR. p.s. Apar, how about a mid-term update on your new rear? rains are coming close, i'm now thinking of getting a good 90/90-18 tyre. this will have a sidewall height of 81mm which is very close to the 80mm of the stock 100/80-18. and if it's a good tyre like the C, 90mm width should provide enough traction. Otherwise i might switch to the Y from the ZMR. Third and last option is a C in 3.00-80. I'm confident about the grip it will provide, only the looks will suffer. Don't really have the budget to switch to a 17" rim.Last edited by julianpaul; 04-29-2010, 09:40 AM.

@julian
Why dont you fit the ZMA's Zapper-Y. Last week i was riding a 160 fitted with that tyre and it was performing really well. Ride height has increased slightly and the rear feels more communicative, now.Last edited by chicane1879; 04-29-2010, 11:48 AM.

Let me see if I can sneak a ride this weekend.

Drop in performance is not an issue. But let it be. I have changed my mind from zapper-Q right now for RTR. Will plonk in Zapper C 3.00*18 on Victor.Originally posted by julianpaul View PostFor the victor, a 3.00" or max 90/90 is ideal. Why dont you check the Q, it has super grip both wet and dry.Originally posted by julianpaul View Posti'm now thinking of getting a good 90/90-18 tyre. this will have a sidewall height of 81mm which is very close to the 80mm of the stock 100/80-18. and if it's a good tyre like the C, 90mm width should provide enough traction. Zapper Q 90/90-18 is an excellent tyre. Very light (it is only 3 mm more wider than 3"-18). Very grippy. Adequate performance in wet also. Currently doing duty on my bike for more than 1 year. Rarest of tyres in availability. Might have to bribe the local head stockist to get the tyre, that too if it is available.The Original CBZ
