I've found castrol fork oil to be quite decent, it comes in small cans around 300ml i think. Renny is right, you can't really top up fork oil because you don't know how much is remaining. Only sensible option is to drain and the fill the company specified quantity. If you add too much you'll blow your seals which are a major PITA to replace.

Never cut wires. Any wire leads to a connector, usually inside a plastic clip. It may be a bit of trouble, but undo the lock on the (usually brass) connector inside the plastic clip, and pull out the wire along with the connector. Then get the corresponding male or female connector (you'll get it at a parts store that stocks electrical/electronic stuff like headlights/horns etc) and crimp it to the other wire you want to connect. It should be plug & play, not cut & tape. You can simply push the connector back into the clip if you want to revert. Make sure to write down everything on paper first. The position of the connector(s) in the clip and the wire colour(s). And you can crimp it with a regular pair of (preferably narrow) pliers. Don't need a crimping tool. While you're at the store, buy some waterproof connector covers. If you do it right, you will never need to use insulation tape. In fact i'm quite disgusted with the amount of tape TVS have used in their wiring harness. It should be done with sleeving and heat-shrink tubing. And none of what i've mentioned costs a bomb, the connectors and cover would be like 1-2 rupees a set. Sleeving/tubing within 50 bucks a foot.

            Abso.
the process of opening the whole fork assembly and then fitting it back itself is one process, thanks to my mech friend he always uses atleast 5-6 cloths to make sure my fork's is not getting scratches!!!!

                        • well pickup is fine... but thats it. bike starts to vibrate from 4k rpm in any gear n increases as u go to higher rpm. engine heats up a lot. Sometimes even after riding for 30 mins the engine dies if u pull d cluch, gear shift is very rough n going from 1st gear to 2nd, it often goes to neutral, handle is very tight don't know why.. even the service center guys couldn't fix it..... they say its jammed or something n can't do anything, other than changing the whole tee or the whole front setup. uhhhh i'm frustrated don't know what to do or from where to start....
