Ever since the noise has vanisehd but the braking power has reduced to almost half

Also, i have had an oil leakage (its probably the banjo bolt near the oil reservoir cap). After 3-4 attempts the guys at the svc centre arent able to stop the leak. What should i do? Julian Paul took a look at it and zeroed in on the aluminium washers that are supposed to seal the leak but those buggers dont even have that to replace the old ones...

i have attached a pic of the source of the leak

P.S. @ abhiwar, was the yellow RTR with number printed on the visor yours? it also had leh-ladakh 2010 written besides it when i had seen it. when i was tehre, the mech was replacing your valves
yes sir....it was my Rtr-Fi . Also you will get aluminum washers in any local Hardware shop or any 2/4 wheelers Spare Parts shop strange i never had this issue .
Its not enough to know how to twist the throttle; you must have judgement to know when and where to do it.

The sharpness is the same. I went today to the SVC. Unfortunately, there was one huge @$&^% line there. I was already late for some other work, I couldn't wait. I have to endure these noises for the next 1.5 days, not to mention the 7 days I have already endured them.

Does anyone know a good mechanic here in Chennai who can confidently solve this problem?

            • rear break

guys im in some trouble here again....and need some serious advice....!

1> i own Rtr-Efi with Read Disk breaks .. Problem is now a days some how air is entering into Rear Break Line and hence poor performance of Rear break . I tried bleeding , replaced fluid and also did inspection of break line there is no issue with any leak .

2> Dead Play has increased a lot any reason i mean now it feels like riding bike with loose drum breaks .

3> After bleeding breaks works fine for 2-3 days or 20-50kms . but after that air enters from somewhere . In last week i did least 2 times proper bleeding but no use .

4> Break Pads and Disk is in good Condition .

what to do guys ...? any suggestion did i miss something ..? which is my habit .

Bike is 52000kms old now ...!

Are you registering patent for that or what?
What technology you are going to employ to read broken disc?

                  • Damn it! My rear breaks are still squeaking! I feel like removing them and throwing them away! Done air bleeding, cleaned the disc pads, had them removed and mounted again and still the squeaking noises continue!

                        • I have noticed this weird clutch lever movement. when ever i am in top gear if i decelerate with out depressing clutch i can feel the clutch lever moving is it because of clutch freeplay being improper ?

Could you please tell me if the petal disc brake on the Apache can be used in the alloy rim of the Honda Dazzler?
                            The RTR braking is amazing...
                            Thanks a lot in advance!

                            • guys whenever i brake hard using my front brakes, i get a mouse-like- squeaking sound. I dont know where exactly the sound is coming from. Also the braking happens in stages. The transition from soft to hard braking is sudden and not smooth which leads to jerking while braking.
                              What do i do?
