  • Will they fix that "Gp11.1" already.

    Am seriously tired of this now..... Hell with those Yammies,which created the situation for Rossi to join the Ducati...... Even Jlolly.

    Out of frustration:

    {
    Rossi's timing to move to Ducati was bad indeed, he has not won a single race after that Mugello crash last year. Move from Honda to Yamaha was quiet diff. He was fully fit and they hit the right direction.
    }

    He's really struggling to handle that Beast, its like it doesnt listen to him. I bet he would have done a better job on the Gixxer... Howz a rider suppose to perform when he doesnt have confidence with the bike.

    (Yea. Rookie post, what to do...... Not used to see Rossi this low )

            • Now I absolutely hate Bridgestones....they should be given a notice...either improve in a race or two else get replaced by Pirelli/Michelin/Dunlop....,

              God forbid, we don't want any more racers crashing out of races...today it was Dani, Casey, Rossi etc.....I would hate to see any of these hurt due to tyres.....

              A lot of expert stuff and solutions on the same....

              Hayden's teammate Valentino Rossi - nine-time World Champion in all classes, seven-time World Champion in the premier class, with titles on 500cc two-stroke, 990cc four-stroke and 800cc four-stroke machines, in case you had forgotten - was 12th fastest in the afternoon, and continues to struggle with the weight balance of the bike.

                  • Now the doctor has more list of reasons of not able to setup the 11.1 properly

                    Reading the link shared by King, it seems Casey has a different opinion for almost everything. All the riders will be in sync except for Casey

                    Bridgestones are in trouble, they need to sort it out as soon as possible before another serious casualty to the grid...

                    Also the excerpt from the same link:
                    Informed opinion in the paddock says he is using the 2010 chassis and swingarm, with the 2011 engine and suspension, as well as the 2011 electronics package.
                    If true, it says a lot about where the development of M1 has headed after 2010 because it's not just settings that Jorge has gone back to.
                    Looks like the feedback from the lead rider in Yamaha camp isn't leading the M1 to the right direction though I still think Jorge is not the culprit completely.
                    As experts say Jorge (and casey for that matter) can ride any motorcycle given to him.
                    Look at Ducati, I don't think anyone would doubt the feedback given by Rossi but still the bike isn't improving.

                      • So now that it is proven that 11 > 11.1 what should rossi do
                        with his 3 engines from gp11, #4 and #5 of GP11.1 and #6 not yet taken (not sure).
                        Looks like he will have to bang his head against gp11.1 till the end of the season plus he might have to start from pitlane later...

                        Looks like tomorrow turn11 will decide the race.

                          • That should work GP7 had a steel trellis frame which seemed to give much more feedback from the front

                            Karel's bike is the only one having those "winglets" on the fairing from old GPs.

                            Stoner didn't seem to get into his rhythm after yesterday's crash.

                            • Dani is back to where he belongs; second fastest in the FP3 behind Lorenzo.
                              If you ride like there's no tomorrow...worry not there won't be!
