Vale's press release..

"Today we obviously had some big problems, or rather we haven't managed to find a good compromise between the improved traction and acceleration that we've achieved with this bike, and front-end confidence, which is still missing. I'm not able to load the front and make it work like I can with the GP12 engine in the same chassis, which is why we've been so slow and are so far back. Naturally, we're very disappointed, but we really can't say that we haven't tested because here we had four sessions with normal weather, and we tried many things. We're thinking about a solution for the coming races in order to resume the positive improving trend that we were on until Barcelona."

anyone knows why Barbera showed the finger...he has been fined...but why did he do that...Nicky blocked him??(intentionally/unintentionally)..

time... and anyone watching any of the 8 races this year will tell you that.

to this I would say that there are quite a few people who cannot take his performances in the right way and accept the reality.
In my earlier post, I did say that I would be drawing a lot of flak but I went ahead and posted even though I'm an ardent VR fan.
And yes, I havent stopped supporting him just cause he isnt doing well...in fact, I hated his move from Yamaha to Ducati; had a feeling that the stiff and stubborn Ducati guys will never let him develop the bike to his wishes.

When the ducati was occasionally failing in the past years it was the riders mistake..
Now that its continuously failing its Bikes mistake..

Well, this current situation proves that Stoner is not as bad as we thought and Rossi is not as great as we believed.

Rossi's fade? may be it started when JL beat him on his own machine! (Love tosee that its just a passing cloud)

On yamaha using 2010 parts puts no question on his feedback capabilities. As we have said before, the riders feedback is just on the performance on the bike, its upto the technicians to solve it - either by modifying the 2011 part or go back to 2010 or go next to 2012 parts.

I believe similar situation must have come in 2007 also. At that time also many ppl would have believed Rossi was fading. I would like to wait and watch and let Rossi shut the mouth of those ppl. Till then its all their time.

P.S. Lorenzo is a very good rider and may be on a path to become a gr8 rider, "but" I think those ppl are just cruel against Rossi who dont see the fact that when lorenzo was defeating Rossi, latter was suffering from 2 major injuries. Had those 2 accidents not happened last year, situation would have been different, thats for sure.

Lorenzo beat Rossi?? U mean to get a position as #1 biker right, or actual race. I might have missed the race..

As a rider I feel Rossi is very hard to overtake, (Catalunya 2009,Motegi 2010)

Laguna Seca 2008, not so much. Cuz Stoner crashed and I have a kind of feeling that results could been interesting, Maybe Vermeulen might have won. U know what I mean, Battle was intense. Maybe they cud have taken anyone out.

But I have never seen a battle where Lorenzo would beat Rossi on the Yammie.

I hope we get to see wheel to wheel battle between Casey-Marco ,Lorenzo-Dovi. Revenge from the 250s(Except stoner) and Spies-Hayen

he was shown the finger because nicky accidently came in the way of barbera as he came across the line on the his last flying lap.

Does this mean that the GP12 is significantly quicker and up to pace?Well hopefully it is!

So my question answered. Now that 11>11.1, 11.1 is to be dumped and Rossi back on GP11

And Rossi will start from pitlane in due time.

I would like to know what happened between Marquez and Redding. Redding was fined 3000euros for "tap" on marquez. This happened in FP3 I guess. Anybody?

Motegi'09, Le Mans'10, Jerez'10(suffering from shoulder in these 2 races) and I think there were few more where he had beaten Rossi in head to head battle.

maybe Rossi should stay with 11.1 and try to sort out the chasis/get some experience with it.... this might come in handy for 2012, otherwise he might face the same issues in 2012...

I wonder if they are thinking about getting a conventional steel frame....

also I wonder what is going through Rossi's mind right now....still Briggs's tweets & his joking about being the last had capirossi been present suggest he is still cool....

. Well, no point in staring, he has to steal it and paint it RED with a 46 sticker on it.

God knows how many times Rossi has called Furusawa for advice

. I recall reading Furusawa's interview where he did mention Rossi calling him for advice, but this was some 6 to 8 months back.
