  • Fantastic FP 3 for MotoGP yesterday. Turned out to be a bloody qualifying in advance. Marquez is on fire and Dovi doing decent with the Ducati. But with Jorge's race pace, it is going to be difficult for anyone to challenge for the win. Hopefully will get to see an awesome dogfight for the podium.

    • It is gonna be a tuf season ahead the top factory teams are fighting it out and Cal is so impressive in that Satellite Yamaha (Why not Yamaha give him a factory spec bike like what HRC gave to Super Sic) ... After the qualifying session the second rider who impressed me next to Cal was Dovi he was just one thousands of a second from Rossi provided he said Ducati is working well with the new tires .... We have to see how the Ducati is using its tires in the race .. Marc Marquez no words he is setting a new heights for the Rookie riders. Gradually Bradley Smith is improving on the Tech 3 Yamaha so it will be a interesting battle ahead ...

          • Again a very strong display by Dovi and Cal. Rossi, Marquez and Pedrosa got caught in traffic. Spies crashed, luckily didn't fall on his injured shoulder. But will be starting 13th. This new qualifying system is real awesome to watch. The best part is that QP1 gives the CRTs a chance to showcase themselves on TV. Enjoying the season already!

                  • What a way to open the season ... Legend and Rookie fighting it very hard for the second position .. Marc first race on the RCV didn't give a small breathing space to Rossi and I was very sad to see Dani his entire carrier was with Honda riding RCV and in the final three laps he was not able to challenge Marc and Rossi ..... Cal is absolutely brilliant now Yamaha atleast start thinking of giving or supporting Tech 3 with one factory bike .... Lorenzo as usual smooth like silk won the race in ease ... I don't know how many noted when Vale crossed Bradl and started closing the front runners Dani's team showed a board Rossi is 3.5 seconds behind at that time I thought it is never possible to close the gap and pass all the three riders who were riding at great pace .... Now I understand the thinking of Dani's team and they know how Rossi will ride a Yamaha ....... Great start to the season for Yamaha team will hope the same in the rest of the rounds

I saw that too. Actually, if you heard the commentators at that time they said that Rossi was 2.9 seconds behind. And that is the thing. The point, right now, is not whether or not Rossi can win a championship again (we can think about it later as the season progresses), the point is he can still fight and give some memorable racing moments. His result last night wasn't out of luck. He came second after beating all those riders who have been better than him all weekend. And ofcourse battle with Marc was great.

                        • What a Race!!!! We can except this to happen whole year long.
                          Good ride by everybody....
Wouldnt count Marc out for the top spot at Jerez, once he builds confidence.

Rossi's Laptimes we faster than everybody towards the end.
The best part for me was when he Overtook Cal being so close to pit wall and the dust rose. (guess it was Cal)

Espargaro brothers had a great raceday tho.

I completely go with you people say Vale has luck but with luck you can win one championship but not 9 world titles and still he challenges the next generation riders and in the race his passes where so clear he was sweeping the M1 like anything and passes where the other riders don't expect.... Yes the 2.9 seconds gap was between Vale and Cal .. 3.5 seconds was between Dani and Vale

                            • just imagine if vale had not run wide in the second lap he could have challenged lorenzo himself and maybe could have won. overall interesting race, all three of them.
