It's only the third race, 14 to go. Last year on round 9, three top riders were tied on equal points... It will be quite interesting to see how much more Dovi & Hayden can come closer to the front runners. Pedrosa is mostly up there with Lorenzo & Rossi. Stoner need to stop crashing & definitely stop making silly excuses.. man how can u say something like that..!

I appreciate Rossi on this.. he didn't mention his shoulder even once in the post race interview on TV..

I always thought it is just a matter of time when Lorenzo stops making stupid mistakes when he will be in real championship contention.
This year he is doing exactly that.
Riding aggressively as well as keeping a steady head.

Where ever I have read about the reason of Stoner crashing it was because he first lost the front and to counter that he throttled eventually losing the rear. Don't know if it is true or not.
Don't know how much the media reports are true but if it is true then lame reasons from Stoner
Did anybody see him flip out and reacting to Esparagaro in the qualifiers? Just because Esparagaro was moving slow and wasn't riding at the edge of the track eventually blocked Stoner.

The way things are going this year; the "aliens" aren't aliens anymore

. All thanks to engine restrictions.
The top speeds and lap timings have already come down by one second or so.

PS: it is 15 races more to go

His post race antics are good, but not very enjoyable, it is too much of a wannabe Rossi

Thats what even I am trying to say. I think it was the rear tire that went away during acceleration but all the news and Casey himself says it was the front. So go figure.

It was ok till Lorenzo land thingy but these theatrics are a bit too much, for me atleast. And I definitely don't enjoy Rossi's PRC.

That was nothing, you should have seen Alonso at Monaco then :-))

All the sliding and drifting is because these bikes are bereft of any electronics. Hope FIM are able to reduce these electromagicery in 2012 for the 1000cc MotoGP rules.

Thats somethin which can kill Dani pedorsa !!! Remeber his crashes on the WILD 990s !?

Are you serious? I can't seem to remember any.

By that yardstick Lorenzo and Stoner should quit now what with Stoner can't stay on his bike this year and Lorenzo could not the past 2 years.

If you watch stoner close, In first race he crashed after 3 laps, he said he was pushing it hard.
In second race, after 3 laps he slowed down as his front was slipping, but in the end his lap times reduced.
Now, in warm up too, after few laps he had a horrible slip, but managed to pick up and later made the fastest lap.
In the 3rd race too, after 5 laps he had a slip.

All this means that his Ducati is not able put enough heat on the tires. Y was he not able to get the heat on the tires, becoz he was not able to ride as fast as he wanted(ya those ms matters to put the heat) as there were others in the front blocking him(ofcourse, thats racing).

By saying its because of slow riders he didnt mean that he was stuck behind a back makers and crashed while taking him. Ya his front slipped first, then he tried to control with a rear spin but was in vain. But Y did his front slip -> it has not got enough heat on it, Y? -> may be his riding style,but he didnt change it(he did speak abt it first) or may be slow riders!
