yeah...noticed that...still spies did enough....no matter how emotional you are...you can shake hands once...., also Lorenzo couldn't avoid Rossi, the Doctor wasn't going away ignored and after all that poking if he didn't responded then it would have left a very bad impression....

          • Did anyone notice while Spies was trying to congratulate lorenzo and he didn't respond, Spies simply shook off his head and went away! It was like Spies just said "hell with it...who cares!!"

I noticed that but why you want to get noticed by asking this thing 4 times??

              • Andrea Dovizioso will not be farmed out to Gresini,
but will remain inside the factory Repsol Honda team.

                To make this possible,
Casey Stoner is to be run in a separate one-man factory Honda team,
                with separate sponsorship.

Kawasaki Ninja : Because lazy sunday afternoons should be despatched at 160 kmph!!!
Hyosung Aquila : Because sometimes you need to look cool while riding at 40 kmph and you can do that only on a cruiser !!!

                  • A sensibly written article at last..

Though I'd still hold that Lorenzo will have a tougher next season, mainly because of the following few reasons I think are primary:

                    - This years late charge by the inform Pedrosa, he crashed at a time when his presence would have made life a lot tougher for Lorenzo or maybe ruin his perfect season.
                    - Stoner getting comfortable with RC212V & by a miracle Dovi continues to do better.
                    - Rossi getting back in shape (injury wise)
                    - How Spies can take advantage of the factory support. It will be a real test of caliber as a MotoGP racer, he did well in WSBK and AMA.. next year will throw a real eye opener to what he can acomplish with factory support after 1 yr already on a similar machine with all tracks now familiarized.

Exciting next year ahead.. for sure!

                    • From the improvements i ve seen so far this season ! And yamaha still complaining about weak global financial position. They would save up their reserves for the development of the all new bike in 2012 and we won t see much of development on the 800cc M1 next season and it looks like Honda dn Ducati are uping the game with more aggression.
I won t be surprised if the YAMAHAs struggled and Ducati or a Honda won the championship next season.

                      Spies Champion in 2012 !

                        +1

J Lo might find the biggest challenge coming from Ben Spies. Like it or not, I feel that the manufacturer might just favor the American more than the Spaniard.

Dani is a true robot. After a dozen falls, he keeps on coming back and surprising us. If he can just string some consistency and avoid falling, he may well be the next world champion.

Stoner might just be the right person to be up there. His new ride will be a bit more powerful, a bit more agile than what he has been riding. He should do well.

The Doc (I feel), despite his healing injuries and talent, will take time to adjust the Ducati to his riding preferences. Expect the Doc to perform strongly in the later part of the season.
Never argue with an idiot. He will drag you down to his level and then beat you with experience.

Yamaha would be wise if they do so.

He can only win if he is very fast and fades away. If there is a d0gfight, he will come off worse. Seen too many times.

Stoner on a Honda would be an unknown entity. And he simply fell too many times in his debut LCR season.

Even if the racing happens on one wheel, expect Vale to be right at the front, kicking some a$$.

Thats simply not true and his fades later in the races cannot be attributed to him.

The way I see it, there is no point in going fairing bashing if the other rider/bike is much faster.

This year I've seen him overtake Lorenzo and Spies in a close battle.

And Vale on one wheel, well thats the kind of hyperbole I stay away from.
All riders fall; some get back on, some don't, some can't...

I think you are talking abt Indy ! I think SPies should reduce 10 kgs to match Dani ! I guess it was pure weight difference and a slightly more power advantage that day ! He was 0.2 sec faster than Spies every lap.

                              • Boys, wasn't Spies on a satellite Motorcycle and Dani on the fastest bike on the grid?

Not surprisingly, once a journo commented jokingly to him--"My $h1t$ are bigger than you mate".

Anyways, what is racing all about? No unfair means and no one runs off the track. Can Dani slug it out? No.
Just see how Simoncelli races, or for that matter even Alvaro.
