Yeah Blogs...Originally posted by vrugonnab View PostThere is another news about this bike in indianautosblog.com & motorbeam.com both claiming that Indian version of this bike will have more power output.. motorbeam went a step ahead and declared it as 20ps!!.. now my doubt is.. would it be street legal in India i.e. 20ps for 125cc??
Remember the pre R15 launch dates when the 'Blogs' went berserk at claiming 20-22 Ps for the R15..!!
Wonder what else sensational "claim" I could post (without any proof whatsoever) on my blog.

the bike is looking very cool & muscular. If your info is true then the P220 & every other 150+cc bikes are going to have a very tight competition.Originally posted by vrugonnab View PostThere is another news about this bike in indianautosblog.com & motorbeam.com both claiming that Indian version of this bike will have more power output.. motorbeam went a step ahead and declared it as 20ps!!.. now my doubt is.. would it be street legal in India i.e. 20ps for 125cc??NOT BEEN THERE NOT DONE THAT

Man, the bike you see there is my next bike... even if its freaking 15ps I WILL BUY IT
. Being KTM i am dead sure it will be a killer. I dont care about top-end, all i care about is sweet KTM handling and it should be able take abuse that i will be throwing at it.
Street racing is for Squids trying to make up for their small equipment

If you do get a street suitable 125cc 4 stroke bike making 20~bhp, do you really think it would be "worth enough" to ride?Originally posted by raja_roadster View PostIf the news of it being 20ps power then no looking back for higher cc's this is worth enough to drive on indian streets
What about the low end torque?
With 150cc and whole load of technology, our R15 makes 17 bhp with below average low end torque.
EDIT: I think if the 990cc is "SuperDuke" and 690cc is "Duke", this 125 should be "Mini-Duke" or something...Last edited by Samarth 619; 09-11-2010, 09:51 PM.---

lookit those USD forks. sweet!
and that rear sprocket looks twitchy!
it's got Pulsar grab rails.
Guys, slightly this is Out of topic. Wat is the advantage of inverted forks ? Any remarkable difference between the normal fork and the inverted one ?

Heavier part (the outer tubes) are attached to the bike which means lesser unsprung weight (any weight at the suspension's end)Originally posted by karthikbenz View PostGuys, slightly this is Out of topic. Lesser unsprung weight = better handling
But much more maintenance required than conventional forks.200 | 300 | 1200 BOXER

Yes right at almost the double price of a P220 it will eat into the shares of P220 and other 150+cc.Originally posted by madhav krishna View Postthe bike is looking very cool & muscular. If your info is true then the P220 & every other 150+cc bikes are going to have a very tight competition.
