Red line at 8.5k? with that 1.27 oversquare engine, i was expecting it to be at 11k.
There's lot to it other than saddle....

So please rather click pics which show the whole bike and not the made in ITALY stickers.

        Thank you.

That depends more on the actual stroke dimension than the ratio! Any 300cc single cyl. engine would rev only so much.

About the electrical sensor, what is so different about it? Same as on countless other indian bikes, right? And why do they need a blue LED there? Seems gimmicky.

This is my guess, Mahindra knows best.
All newer bikes come with electrical pulse tech speedometer. The wire that comes from front wheel isn't mechanical anymore.

It's the electricals testing process happens right after you turn the key to ignition. Same way rest of the bikes in india with digital speedo go up to 188

little mud on the Sensor will shut down the speedo

Because the work on the bike was not final and the hence the error at the speedo

As I said the fit and finish quality is top class except for some odd welding joints

                          3. In the photo showing the PAIOLI forks, it shows a braided brake line, but on the next foto, it seems like a PLASTIC TUBE near the caliper end.. Any clarity on that..?

Maybe the final production bike will have it but I mentioned about the link type gear lever end

                          7. Why is the brake fluid container kept empty..? Cause its a stage bike..?
                          8. Why LED near the rear disc..?
Already answered in my detalied post.

The handle bar is pretty wide and with the seating far away from the handle bar is also not helping either

can you explain it ? how this is related to blue bulb ?
I'm not technical guy so can't answer that but yeah the blue bulb is the indication that the speedo sensor is working.

                          • Looks like Mahindra is yet to test the bike in Indian Conditions. I am surprised, with the launch just a couple of months away, they should have been by now.

Meaning, eliminating the need for a conventional cable that rotates. The blue light may be some sort of lazer, like in computer mouse to detect the spinning of wheels.

                              • there was no need to make this bike with a radiator.radiators are primarily meant for high revving, faired bikes(in my opinion). our mojo redlines at 8500 and is not faired so why is a radiator present in this bike?. honda cb300r is not liquid cooled ,for a comparison. the price of the bike would have come down significantly if it was an air cooled one. the r15s radiator alone costs 7000rs. +you have associated cooling system components like thermostat, centrifugal pump, coolant and its container etc. all this simply adds up cost. what do you guys think?
superbikes are the biggest blunders on indian roads.
