So, be your own judge before arriving any any decision to cancel the booking. BTW, Ninja is good enough but its spare parts are way costly. Its not everyday that we get chance to zoom past 150km/hr mark. So, a balanced decision is imp.

Anyways, can anyone confirm the booked amount of 5000 bucks is refundable or non-refundable. Cuz my dealer said its non-refundable.
+100 to your point on decision making.
On the booking amount, check back a few pages where one guy cancelled the booking and got full amount refund because to him R15 was superior to CBR :P

          • Good to see the bike on the roads now with many test rides for members.

In Hyderabad, we do not have the luck yet to see this beauty. Four bikes have arrived to Hyderabad long back, but they are not on display yet. I do not understand what would they get by wrapping them and concealing them in the godown.

              • Hi to all fellow XBHP ians

Finally took the plunge (XBHP posting) after silently following this thread since January when I booked my CBR..

This thread is so addictive that I cant help being out of it..And so is our BabyCBR..

I have booked mine on 4th jan as the dealer here opened booking with this a Red ABS. Mine was only 2nd booking and 1st and 3rd bookings are of my friends only here in Nasik.. But my dealer hasnt been alloted any bikes til now and after calling up regional manager in Pune they are telling May 15th for the deliveries and that too is tentative date..All of you are lucky out there who have experienced CBR atleast in dealerships. Sent a mail to regional manager in protest and still awaiting reply..In all my friends and cousin we have 6 CBRs booked here itself. And 2 will decide after test ride

Guys 1 bright Idea regarding saree guards..As 90 % of us will anyhow remove it as soon as we get our CBR .So lets just send all of them back to the factory and ask Honda to Utilise funds from this to atleast hire some good desingners for R & D purpose over here in India..Just a thought..LOL

Last but not least in any ways
My things to do on my Red CBR
1- Remove Saree Gate n nos plate
2- Install Xenon Headlight Kit which is already purchased 3month back
3- Intall LEDS in city driving lights/parking lights
4- Change silencer cover guard to carbon fibre if i can get it at a reasonable price
5- Get my MS logo on the windshield as i am a Die hard Michael Schumacher fan.
                EDIT on a second thought
6- Install (RVM) mirrors from Fazer if possible coz it looks much more stylish
                Any Suggestions are welcome.

Very True, heres another interesting thing that happened today. I was waiting for my test ride and 2 guys entered for testing the cbr however they had not booked the bike and here they are providing test ride only to people who have booked. so even without the ride they concluded that ninja is many times better than this and left.
