, he was the only source of reliable information from Mother Bajaj, now is that it's going to be a long wait for some reliable data.

But yeah, I still strongly believe the competition of such a bike is not against another similar bike. It has to be against a small car.

List stands at a healthy 5. (Just in case tomorrow they decide deliveries in this order too)
        Satyen Poojary
        bprags
        Praful
        Renny
        Chinmayakar

Pricing it under 5Lakhs will safe guard them against a lot of jitters. And then they can price the KTM200 on par with the CBR! I will take two!
am here too!count me in!!! will cancel my cbr booking if its under 5/5.5l! sorry honda!

Asif,I don't think Ninja 650R will cost 5/5.5 lacs here in India.Other countries where the Hyo and Kawa are sold,Kawa is more expensive.
          The GT650R on-road Mumbai is 5.51 lacs(single tone colour).

Add me also , If price difference between 650R and GT650 is greater than 50K then i have to rethink else Ninja 650R is in for me .

and guys has anybody read about Vibes issue in Ninja 650R.I want a smooth, refined engine which remains almost same at higher revs.

Ninja 650R has some footpeg vibration coming only after 170-180kays but its not that much which will bother you.

For people like me who would be graduating from a Pulsar or a RTR.. Its really not going to be that much of a matter of concern

                  • Apparently one can modify a Ninja 650R to make it more sportier.

                            • Spotted a black with red highlights Ninja 650R today near Richmond rd, Bangalore. A middle aged chap wearing not more than a tshirt, shorts and slippers seemed to be having a good time on board the newly registered 650R.

Funny thing is, it never drew attention to itself as it went past me until i saw the rear tires and the absence of the exhaust end can where i'm used to finding them on modified motorcycles, which i initially assumed it was. So i gave it a bit of a chase, caught up with it at the following signal but the guy wouldn't/couldn't hear me ask him about the motorcycle.

In either case, I noticed it doesn't have a fuel indicator gauge as well, ala' the 250R. Seating posture wasn't extreme and in black, she blended perfectly in the melee1` . All in all, I've found my next upgrade
One motorcycle raced another on public streets.
                              The ambulance won.
