Hi Guys,
GT650R has lot of vibrations, even at idle the vibrations are comparable to our bullets.I was so sure to book GT650R but was disappointed with overall buit quality , Overall it's just doesn't looks as a premium product .
I will surely book Ninja 650R if it is priced sub 6.0 Lac OTR Delhi, anything beyond 6 lac then i have rethink about GT650R or will take some more time to save some more bucks.
Atleast after reading so much post i feels that it will Ninja 650R and not 400R
Now which color is best for ninja 650R and what accessories you guys have planned for future upgrade.

On the discussion whether this is the 650R or the 400R, here's what I noticed in this teaser pic put up on Bajaj Probiking website:
A. The tail is from the Ninja 400R
B. This metal (I dunno what its called) is from the 650R
Here's the Ninja 400R
Here's the Ninja 650R
Both bikes look identical in all respects (side-on) other than these 2! So either they have messed up the bike so that we get confused, or are really blending parts of both the bikes for the Indian market.
Aside, the 400R is priced at 6,999 in Canada, while the 650R is priced at 7,999 in the same amrket (as per Kawasaki - Canadian Kawasaki Motors Inc.). To me it wouldn't make sense to bring down a 400, when the 650 is priced just about INR 45k (CAD/USD 1000) higher (plus the import duty, taxes etc).
I really wonder what Kawasaki India & Bajaj are upto!!Last edited by tibby; 04-29-2011, 02:35 AM.
My views on the YZF-R15 V2.0: http://www.xbhp.com/talkies/news/198...tml#post699240
The pleasure is when your rear wheel slides, and you bring it back; and when the front wheel lifts, you take your time bringing it back.

well... the 3rd visual difference in both bikes is...Originally posted by tibby View PostBoth bikes look identical in all respects (side-on) other than these 2! So either they have messed up the bike so that we get confused, or are really blending parts of both the bikes for the Indian market.
the text "400R" under the "Ninja" logo on the side of the fairing.
and the 4th difference is the (lack of) leather grip/strap on the seat of the 400R.
the picture the guys at O&M have used is of a 400R...
whether or not they launch the 650R or 400R... time will tell.
