Even if Bajaj manages to price it thoughtfully and price in B'lore gets 5L on road( highly unlikely), I would still hold on to my hard earned money.
waiting for a 600 inline 4 from Honda (not the CBR600RR) naked or faired. I am ready to given an arm or leg for that sound.

I dont have big savings to drop a cheque of 5L, But If priced 5L ex-showroom I would definitely pay the down-payment of a couple of lakhs and book one right away.
Now it feels sense for me to have shied away (and stop myself) from booking the CBR!

6 lakhs for the Ninja 650 R does'nt seem value. If the zx6r was priced for 6 lakhs i would have gone for it for sure.Comment

looks virtually identical.
look closely at the back end fairing it has a black panel which is given to the 400 and even the seats are not split...its completely one whole block of cushion...so it is definately the 400.....
Check the website pic too...it has that same black panel and one whole block of cushion seat!!

The new "Bigger" Ninja is prolly the 400R is what i'm thinking.
The new "Bigger" Ninja is prolly the 400R is what i'm thinking.
coz Kawasaki has zero official (press kit pics) of the 650R with the rear grab rail. (tho a grab-rail can be put onto a 650R)
all 400R press kits have the grabrail tho.
even the seat does not have the leather strap/grip for the pillion rider.
plus notice how the Ninja logo on the front fairing is blurred out.
coz the sticker below it says 400R.
and that's the bike that's currently on the Bajaj website.
here's a screenshot of the bike.
compare it with the pic of the 400R i posted in my previous post at the top of this page..

Now this is a completly different ball game :O. If this is true i see the death of 250r is imminent unless they price even this above 5L, which is illogical.Comment
