    Exchange offer or not it doesn't matter , Most of the showrooms have links with used bike sale/purchase shop owners and they can easily call them in case there is customer who wants to sell his Bike .But they never give good value for old bikes.
    I guess this also happens in case of 4 wheelers also , No company offer exchange directly they always have some third party dealing with it , It's just that they make it readily available.

    I guess interpretations is the key here. I think they mean that Bajaj is giving one more "option" (N650) to upgrade, if you're looking for a big cc bike.

    Can someone explain what the Bold part means?.. Is bajaj gonna provide an exchange scheme to the existing 250r owners.. or just saying its an upgrade that 250r owners can actually go for in furture?

    Yes, I also like this bike mostly due to the monstrous looks and so many projectors. Probably the best headlights in any bike.
