Somebody rightly predicted the teaser would be the longest running teaser campain in the history of bajaj....
This thread is already 8 pages long and still nothing concrete about anything.
Its better bajaj does throw more light right away before the excitement vanishes and everybody logging into thier site even stop recongnising the teaser and move on to the present ninja page.
Funny part is that half of the thread content is about the Hyosung
Spoke to a probiking showroom guy. He is of the opinion that it would be launched only by Diwali/Dussera !!!!!
He said "This is not the season to launch bikes, with the rains round the corner" !!
If that is true, considering the timing of the teaser, it is a very cheap tactic by bajaj to dent the sales of Hyosung GT650R IMHO.

And bore people to death with "world's longest teaser"..??
I don't think so.
There were news of the bigger Ninja getting launch by March-April. So according to me they are a bit late.. rains or no rains.
got a message from the sales guy of Pro Biking named Manish Sing.
Ninja ER-6f is being officially launched on the 8th of June and the bike will be on display by the Last week of june in KOLKATA...

8th of June is pretty quick, if they indeed stick to this date i would be glad because Kawasaki launches get delayed here by a few months.
One query - does the Ninja 650R come with an optional ABS unit? I saw some pics of it on international forums.
Wish they price it around 5.5 on road - brand name matters a lot and it would become a winner in the 650 segment, read some reviews and its a really great bike.
The kawasaki green on 650R is the shiny metallic one i think, looks so awesome in the pics, i liked the 2010 model where full fairing is in the bike color, the 2011 model has black dull finish on lower fairing.
Hi saurav. Is it only the badging or does it have any credentials of the Ninja ZX6R bike
thats only related to 650 r because zx6r only comes in with fairing.. there is no naked version of zx6r..
also i read abt this ER-6F and Er-6N thing in some magzine.. i forgot the name..

Rains are not everywhere in India, although I admit Mumbai is a big market. And what you heard may not be true.
--- @ danish dennis: I suggest you trust politicians more than these Probiking Dealers. They're always making remixes of news.
One probiking guy says diwali, other says June. Frankly speaking, whom to trust?
------ Naming Confusion Explained: Ninja 650 and ER6f are different names in different markets for the same bike, ok? This bike has 72~ bhp. This is the bike we're expecting here.
ER 6n is naked version of ER6f, with the same engine, frame, everything except the fairing. Same 72~ bhp.
ZX 6R is their superports, 599cc 4 cylinder bike, which makes some 128~ bhp, has supersport riding position, chassis and brakes and costs about 1.5 times the cost of Ninja 650R.
I hope this clears all the confusion. Ninja 650R is a road bike/ tourer, ZX 6R is a supersport meant for the racetrack or fast riding.

Hi coolboy. It's a great bike awaiting to see customers response once launched.
The GT650R itself cost 5.51Lacs(single tone colour).
Doubtful that Ninja 650R will come in the same price bracket
