This means that the Ninja 250 owners will have an option to upgrade to bigger cc bike. Earlier, Kawasaki did not have any bike bigger than 250. So this statement makes sense. Bajaj will not be providing exchange scheme.
Never argue with an idiot. He will drag you down to his level and then beat you with experience.

So basically, you mean upgrade by just purchasing N650R like we normally do? And sell N250 to a third party? That's it?

I guess interpretations is the key here. I think they mean that Bajaj is giving one more "option" (N650) to upgrade, if you're looking for a big cc bike.

            In short it's a exchange offer,right?

Exchange offer or not it doesn't matter , Most of the showrooms have links with used bike sale/purchase shop owners and they can easily call them in case there is customer who wants to sell his Bike .But they never give good value for old bikes.
I guess this also happens in case of 4 wheelers also , No company offer exchange directly they always have some third party dealing with it , It's just that they make it readily available.

hum Ninja owners ko exchange affer nahi denge rey baba. unka manna hain ki jo bhi Ninja chala rahe hain ukno upgrade ke liye naya gaddi aya hain. badal ke gaddi bilkul nahi denge

And yes.. if they give that option, I may opt for it

I don't know why you are confused. The highlighted part clearly says that BAJAJ WILL NOT BE PROVIDING EXCHANGE SCHEME.

+1. I spoke to PBK folks and they mentioned that its too much of a hassle to provide such a scheme.

I hope they get the full color range for the 650's if not for the smaller cousin. Need more options than just the plain jane green and black. I love the Electric Blue that sells in the US.
