Only Mr. Rajiv Bajaj knows what goes in his mind..

    Good..

By the way you must also be aware that even the CBR250R owners are also facing a few issues..

therfore relax.. no none is perfect.. not even Honda. But yes, one can certainly to improve than the last attempt.

I owned the gen 1 180 DTSi and I own the gen 1 220 DTS-FI... In the last 8 years I haven't had problems on which I lost sleep over... Maybe I am lucky with my vehicles... Maybe I take great efforts to maintain them... Maybe...

I too had P180 Ist gen and I can say one thing that it's handling was very poor at high speeds, in fact it was scary to it over 70kmph..

          Tum abhi zinda ho..

Arre what are you saying. I couldnt take 1st gen Pulsar 180 beyond 45kmph. I felt as if the engine would breakdown and bike parts would fall apart.

@Payeng - Just Shut up. You do not know anything.

That is an absolutely authentic statement

I did own a P180 I gen (II hand), but just for 6 months, I sold it as I met with an accident (an auto did a 180 degree turn all of a sudden in front of me). It happened on my b'day, my mom thought it was a bad omen and pressurized me to sell it off. By that time I had enough savings to go in for new bike, plus had backing of mom to buy new bike

BTW, I have highest regard for Bajaj factory which minted bikes like Wind125, Caliber & Boxer, these are my all time fav. commuter bikes. Wind125/Caliber115 according to me are better than all HH commuter bikes till date.

I for one, would love to see "Bajaj" written on their bikes and not just Pulsar/Discover.....etc.I'm gonna go a step ahead and say that it makes me feel proud!
Bajaj and TVS are better than the Japanese in terms of pricing their products and it's only a matter of time before they develop the technological prowess to beat the Jap3(i.e,Honda,Yamaha and Suzuki).

Absolutely honest and true statement. No doubt.

                  But what a coincidence:

I can actually show similar statements praising "Kawasaki" Wind125/Caliber115 statements by some retarded guy called Temuser/Seshadri_82 in Overdrive Forum. He also has a legendary hatred for any other things which the tag of Bajaj. According to him as long as Kawasaki was there, Bajaj was good.

Mr. temuser/seshadri_82 would stoop so low that he won't mind making a fool of himself by taking sides of the Chinese copycats just to make Bajaj look bad . I had quit that forum just because of the useless tempuser/seshadri_82 retard.

But you sir, I totally believe your statements and your good will towards Bajaj products.

@Payeng: Can you take a guess as to what might the new Pulsar look like? Full fairing? USD forks?

And Vipin Sheshadri, I like your posts!

^^ My guess is that Pulsar will see radical departure in it's design language, they are bound to give edgy styling like that on P135LS given that it's received well by the market.

Don't ask me.. I would personally still love that signature Pulsar tank

Same here!! even I like that tank design.. it looks so handsome on naked bikes, but some how didn't really gel that well on 220's half fairing.

The tank is the first thing i want changed.

forget about 4 valves... liquid cooling... USD forks & 250cc.

just get rid of the tank. puh-lease!

                                • the tank now looks a bit outdated and plane jane.
                                • but i personally love the tank design, though it does not gel well with 220 fairing.
so, BAL can do some tweaking here and there with tank design but basic charachter should remain the same.

and i want the bike to be with either full or semi fairing, no naked bikes for me.
