IMO.. don't think Bajaj will launch Pulsars with just new colors and say these are new pulsars, in all probability they will launch revamaped pulsars. Only that all new Pulsar, which they say that they are doing from scratch may be launched at Auto expo along with Duke 200. Anyways, it's just a month away now!! let's wait & watch, may be hope for a scoop!!

Hopefully the saving grace... which probably also means that the current gen is probably not being phased out.

I cant figure out any cosmetic changes. The the tank, the fairing and everything remains the same. May be its the last batch of the current p220's. I hope bajaj may come up with noticeable cosmetic changes in august and an all new next gen pulsars in Q4, 2011. Let's hope for the best..

It was hard to believe that entirely new range of Pulsar will be launched in Sep. Since not even a single test mule is sighted till now.

But Baja is playing with words. As they said the following at different times in the given order:
              1) Entirely New Pulsars by year end
              2) New Pulsar by Sep
              3) New Pulsar in Aug Entirely new Pulsar by financial year

This was expected, and I congratulate Bajaj atleast they have done this even in times of Pulsar posting good sales. This version is to increase overall sales as discovers are loosing it's hold, D150 is almost gone, D125 is eating into D100 numbers.

^^^think he was referring to absence of "Bajaj" on the engine. Earlier it used to be "Bajaj DTS-i", now it's simply "DTS-i".

Honestly, I wasn't expecting this from Bajaj. They just seem to be buying time/clearing stock (not sure, which one is it!!) before the final assault with revamped pulsars.
