alert!! alert! Hero honda sticker virus is spreading

Seriously speaking, this doesn't look like an update. To me it looks like a cheap trick to sell out current corp of pulsars before they bring in new ones.

the dual tone red/black pulsar looks really cheap, at least in photos.
didn't like it, it is looking like a cheap paint job.

now i lost all hopes that, upgraded pulsars will be launched in this year. sad.

i prevented one of my friend from buying a P220, saying that new pulsar will be launched in september, but on watching this news, he went ahead and purchased a black P220.

Everything looks different in reality!! So why don't we wait to see it in flesh rather than in photos. Xtreme and ZMR were cursed in photos, even though they won't win any beauty pageants when seen in flesh either, they still look better than in photos. So relax!

I guess it would be a 4V'd engine, let's wait for official word from Bajaj, dual tone looks weird to me, final comments after seeing it in flesh

These treatments to the bike are a last minute measures by the company. Usually when the product is entering the end of its life cycle or shelf life, they start to dish out the remaining variants. The orange version and this one came out immediately.

A good indicator that the Pulsar 220 is now old. And sales are dropping. Competition from Honda and Yamaha.

"the first pulsars were launched in oct 2001, now bajaj cant lose on such an important date, they would probably launch the new pulsar...younger siblings...in september"

i think its very logical...i mean i dont think dey will do the colour upgrades and dish out the 10th anniversary bikes??? would dey???

september....i can wait...till...den its the dual colour tone p220s for me...march is way too far...

Bring back the Styling (round headlamp, tank and body panels) of the Classic Pulsars, on the current engine and chassis (with twin shocks) of the Pulsar 220..

..that would be the best 10'th anniversary edition..!!

Rightly said about Xtreme & ZMR, these were new designs (new models launched first time) and pics alone were not enough to say whether the bike is good or bad.
This Pulsar upgrade is mainly cosmetic so one can easily say Red-Black Pulsar looks really fugly and totally out of taste.
