Not posting the image here directly as it is very big so just attaching the small pic (@mods: would this be a problem? If yes please remove the attachment). Source of the pic is as mentioned above.

                Let me ELOBORATE!

When you chk Indian version of Suzuki Busa, the top speed is Limited considering the roads & other conditions.

So thinking if there will be any changes of that sort to Honda SBK'S

More over the Dealers who will sell these in METRO cities, offcourse to visit them!

Spoke to a couple of dealers in Chennai & they have no clue, so thinking it will be Wise if Company comes up with Such info!

Who told you the Busa has a restricted top speed here?

                  • Take a look at this !

Hayabusa - Cruise Missile (4th Page, 1st line)

For India, Suzuki will sell the latest 2009 model, which remains unchanged except
the new colour schemes of the 2008 version, Limited to 296km/h

I do not think there are many or any roads where you can explore the full potential of BUSA in India, never the less!

I have seen the same in their Magazine

Its a gentleman's agreement between the 4 Japanese brands to restrict speeds to 186 mph in 2001. Things were starting to get out of hand before that, especially with the Busa and ZX-12.

The '99 and '00 Busa's are unrestricted and have top speeds of 195 mph and the '00 ZX-12 was even faster at around 200 mph.
