The RTR Fi and P220 Fi were discontinued for business reasons, not technicalOriginally posted by sayank10 View Postzmr's pgm-fi ,developed by honda,is a gem,so is yamaha's 6 hole injection system unlike delphi's fi system which is of inferior quality, that's why both rtr-fi and 220 fi was discontinued.

I assume due to cost and sales; Honda has disconnected..otherwise there may be no other reason....Fi unit is very much reliable by Honda / Yamaha....and much more trusted from other Fi bikesOriginally posted by Satyamzma View PostYes... Even Honda discontinued their PGMFI Stunner !!Last edited by veryhiphop; 02-19-2013, 07:39 PM.

Hello, I am in the process of finalizing the 200NS, but this is one thread that is making me hold my decision to sign on the dotted line. Can any one confirm when is the FI version is likely to come? Also is there any chance of coming in the next 2 months max. If so then I am ready to wait, else I am going with the non FI one.

I certainly feel that Fi is of prime importance for the 200NS. Any idea how much the prices may increase?
I am actually planning to get a 200 NS. But R15 also pulls me from behind. If 200 NS comes with Fi, that to me seems a better option.. guys what do you think?? Which would be better?Last edited by The Monk; 02-21-2013, 02:06 PM.

How about paying Rs. 20,000 extra for a bike which feels almost the same to ride, returns almost the same fuel efficiency, performs almost the same and MOST importantly looks almost the same..??Originally posted by rinkumathewI am actually planning to get a 200 NS. The only perceptible advantage from "FI" would be hassle free, one touch start every time you hit the self starter.. no matter what climatic condition it is.
The common desi biker would rather pay Rs. 20,000 more for a FULL FAIRING not matter even if it feels the same to ride, returns the same fuel efficiency, performs the same.
P.S: The above is not my feelings though. I would not mind paying the premium for the "FI" tech even if the bike might "look" the same.

re: Bajaj Pulsar 200NS to get Fuel Injection?: xBhp News
Hello,
I was in conversation with the Bajaj Showroom here in Visakhapatnam - AP
And to my surprise they said they don't have stock for pulsar 200NS. When asked why they said.
"Sir, we have received a lot of complaints about the bike and a lot of mileage issues were recorded. Presently the company has stopped manufacturing the pulsar 200NS and we are not sure if there will be a new model upgrade with all the fix or they will permanently discontinue the bike and come up with something new with a different name."
In the same conversation he also mentioned about a new pulsar 350 FF launching next month.
So that's final in Andhra Pradesh no more pulsar 200 NS make2012 available for sale brand new.

Tell him to lower the doses. BTW any updates on the 200NS? I'd like to have ABS and FI on 200NS. I'm waiting for NS to get ABS and FI to buy one (Maybe, I don't have the money, tired of lying)Originally posted by deep.bh View PostHello,
