Has anybody noticed an eye on the bike, just in the center above the the projectors. Are they going the way like RSV4 here?

You see it as an Eye!! I see it as a noseOriginally posted by Rajat Bhanti View PostHas anybody noticed an eye on the bike, just in the center above the the projectors. Are they going the way like RSV4 here?
IMO it can be the place for putting the Bajaj logo.. but if it's a light it surely will be an overkill.
During night the front of bike would look like Diwali decoration done on a bike with lots of lights here & there

some really 'bright' bikes coming to us. The Karizma twins with those huge indicator/drl combos that can outsize a Panigale's headlamps. And now this! Will save a lot of effort for those guys who love doing up their rides like christmas treesOriginally posted by Jitu Badlani View PostDuring night the front of bike would look like Diwali decoration done on a bike with lots of lights here & there
Biking is not about how many Km/h you put on your Speedo. It's about how many miles you put on your Odo. Ride Safe, Ride Long!

But seriously imagine seeing new Pulsar at night from front..
Both projectors ON, the low beam one will be DRL just like KTM RC (if I'm not wrong) than the eyebrow shaped parking lights
than the sharp turn indicators, so much light!!!
I think Bajaj should have used the eyebrow parking lights as turn indicators that could have been clean(just my opinion)

All the lights like DRLs will not be visible if the projectors are on due to the glare. I mean, from a little far. Like in opposing traffic.Originally posted by Jitu Badlani View PostLOL

I agree. The eyebrow shaped things could have been used as indicators instead of separate pods for them. And the 'eye' could have been used as DRL/Parking light combo.Originally posted by Jitu Badlani View PostI think Bajaj should have used the eyebrow parking lights as turn indicators that could have been clean(just my opinion)

DRLs are not supposed to be noticed when the headlamp is on. I mean, come-on, DRL itself means Daytime Running Light - something that makes your vehicle conspicuous during dull/cloudy days when the headlight is off.Originally posted by abhi7013 View PostAll the lights like DRLs will not be visible if the projectors are on due to the glare. Oh, thanks for the info.Originally posted by princesirohi View PostThere is no DRL on this bike and centre eye / center nose is not a light.

That means one projector will be for lowbeam & another for the highbeam??

Bajaj Pulsar SS200 launch before SS400 - Indian Cars Bikes
If one were to make a guess which bikes were the most attention-grabbing at the recently concluded 2014 Auto Expo in Noida, it would be safe to say that the new 375cc Pulsar SS400 and CS400 would figure at the top of the list. Bajaj surprised the most ardent follower of developments in the company by showcasing the new Pulsar Super Sports and Cruiser Sports. However, in the midst of all the revelry at the unveiling of the new bikes, it was almost forgotten that the Pulsar SS200 was nowhere to be seen. It turns out that Bajaj still very much has the SS200 in its sights, so much so that it will be launched before the SS400.
