I don't think they rode those bikes all the way from MH. They definitely wont go unnoticed if they do so. Noticed that truck with the Bajaj logo in the spy pics? Maybe the bikes are being transported to various locations using it?

I got my P220 for 98K back in 2010, Now I think it is 4K cheaper than the NS.

But Karizma is tough to handle initially in traffic due to its wide body and weight. You get used to it later.
USD forks do leak. Only RE bikes and Dukes come with USD forks right? I've personally seen them both leaking. Yes, his replies are weird many a time though!

RE's dont come with USD. Those are regular telescopic forks with a dummy cover on top .

karizma is easy to handle once its rolling on both wheels.

Oh, I didn't know that RE has dummy USD look alike shield on top of regular forks. But, I found handling the Karizma a bit difficult in traffic for quite a few times.

A sign of old times, re, original cd100, ind-suzuki ax100, all have front fork covers.

Zmr has less than spectacular handling, mainly due to the bulky fairing and thin tyres (compared to its size).

Any bike which weighs 145 kg or above will be difficult to handle in bumper Traffic.

Yup I did say but again firstly looking as an Indian and also the prices of our Rupee sinking, it's time that at least some try to save it, so it's good to buy something which is our Indian made and good, that's the main thing. . . Secondly, I have a bad opinion now as well on Bajaj, especially the old gen pulsars but the new pulsar is definitely a new step taken by them, the bike is really good and after riding the NS, I think it would be a good buy and VFM product, Bajaj have done a good job and minimized the negative points and corrected them, for what they had in the prevous gen pulsars, . . I wanted to go for a CBR150R as personally I was a Honda fan boy but now as our Indian made Bajaj Pulsar 200NS is good, why not go for this, it's priced less and is a good buy and most importantly, my kinda bike , . . Now after seeing this SS, I think this will also be good, at least a bit more or equal to the quality of NS, so I can think of this but still it takes time for me to buy , let's see till them. . .
utsavchs bhai am having hopes from Bajaj for a 200ss, hope they don't disappoint me, else I would be best going with a 200NS . . .

Cheers!!!

The idea is good, but the execution is pathetic. He could have put in a little extra effort to create an all weather bike like this:

Energica concept. I thought they changed at least a bit in front design but looks like Bajaj decided to just copy paste the design. Am not able to figure out why?

All I want from Bajaj is that they replace those conventional swing arms to those that comes in the sbks even in the energica. Y BAL Y cant you copy the swing arm atleast for this one. This one will Look killer far more by just replacing those conventional looking swingarms!! Or you can bless us with a single sided ones if you please

So you are happy with this product? I expected more from bajaj. The p220 and the pulsars looked truly indian. Suited for india. They had their unique style. But this bike is a replica of a concept bike. It would have been good if bajaj had used their brains for the design of this bike. And you wish that they copy the chasis too? This is bajaj. Not a chinese company that makes cheap copies for the locals at lesser price. When hero could make their own design for the zmr though being bulky, why cannot bajaj?
Disappointed in the aspects of looks. And performance like we all know will obviously be better. Lets see. And no offense meant. I said what I felt and am sure many people do share the same thoughts.

I understand your point. They should try to do things themselves instead of copying. But as a potential 200SS buyer, I will be very happy if it looks like the Energica. I don't think Bajaj can pull off something similar with their own designing unless they depend on KTM for that also .
