    This is a 321 cc bike and Yamaha is still calling it R3 instead of R32 or R35 as opposed to other makers whose CCs are actually less than the bike name. CBR300 is 286cc, N300 is 296cc, RC390 is 373 cc, CBR500 is 471cc. Not saying that's bad or wrong but just mentioning.

        Motoroids as usual is claiming this is coming here just like they claimed feature list for R15 v3.

        Actually according to the article you posted r25 will not come to India but the r3 will. I hope that's true but then it can't be competitively priced against Rc390 because of its twin cylinder engine.

                Nope. Don't think there is ABS... don't see one on the video when they shows the swingarm or front disc.
                Besides Yam has been known for no love for abs even on R1 for long time.

                    The R25 was already so perfect, why drop another bomb. Anyway! Good news for biking community.

                    For us Indians, well you never know what might come here. Yamaha could go the Kawasaki way to give us the R3.

                      i m not sure they are going to drop this beauty and beast combination here,,,,,,,Yamaha is infamous of never launching Europe or N.A bound products here,,, R125 never reached our shore,,so i m really skeptical about this theory,,,,,,,,

                      yeah there might,,,,, infact i think Yamaha motors India might develop R25 on there own ,,,, it is a hell of bike in itself way beyond the requirements of indian roads,,,,,,,,

                      tat will surely be a sought after upgrade in itself for almost all the R15 v2 lovers,,, ,,,,,,,,,,

                        Instead of redesigning a new bike, this engine in a strenghtened R125 chassis and body work would have been a much more desirable and better looking package.I feel this looks ugly in comparison to the R 125(2014 and older models as well).
