Here are my (VERY wide-field) guesses backed with some import data -

    1) CBR650F

    2) 2015 CBR 250R - check out the lone import below that says 250cc, also look @ that price

    3) XR250 Tornado (fat chance, but still)

    4) Honda imported a bunch of these CRF50 kiddie-dirtbikes. What for, I don't know. But still:

    5) And since its Honda which cannot do without a scooter, here is a fresh import - a Click125i

No VFR800 for sure. They have only stated last year that the success of the 650F will determine if they will start to assemble bigger models. So if anything it will only be post 2016 for the bigger displacement bikes.

Right now its only fair to speculate a new 250/300R alongside the 650F. New 150R is doubtful. Have not seen any 150Rs coming in for R&D in the import lists especially since the new one ditches the old frame and has a revised engine.

If i remember out of the 15, 8 were refreshed models and 7 are to be all new.
New CB Unicorn and the Activa i makes two of them, 650F will be the third all new product. There is possibly a 125F Stunner replacement since the new bike was displayed in the UK a month ago as 2015 CB125F and it looked more like our market product than theirs even though the Stunner did sell in bucket loads over there aswell.
The other 3 bikes could include a 250/300 but this is meant for the year 2015-2016 meaning Revfest may not see all new models.

Fair to expect 2 new models and 3 refreshed models.

      Edit:

      2) That's not the CBR250R bill. Thats the CRF250L going by the engine code MD38E, possibly a display model for an event since it has a Reimport stamp. The CRF250L is worth around 4.5 lakhs INR.

      3) The XR250 Tornado has no R&D slip, possibly a standalone import for those national level dirt/trail racers.

      4) The kiddie dirt bikes are for their gaming events that they organize for the young kids in association with the local city traffic police to create awareness about road safety.. There are posts on facebook regarding the same.

The reason i'm hopeful of a cbr 300 is because the ABS variant has been imported way back in 2013 and i think 2 years is a fair enough time for R&D to get their job done since the bike shares components with the existing 250 to some extent.

XR 250 was imported by Bajaj for R&D purpose. Also 250 cc off roaders of yamaha and Suzuki.

          Why would they do that?
Are they going the Benelli way?

They are doing r&d on off road bikes. Rest I don't know. Maybe developing an off road bike?
But Bajaj keeps on importing many bikes for research purposes.

[QUOTE=forty6;1163709]Benelli keeps on coming in the argument and I keep ignoring it, simply because to people like us, who take 10 years to go from 250-600cc, after sales service is very important. Honda, Kawasaki(due to Pro-biking) and Triumph(rapidly expanding and really good experience) are better bets. We all know what happened with Ducati initially. Benelli as a brand carries quite a lot of history, b/QUOTE]

Emotions poured in right from the A to C of your post man when you went on revealing that inexorable truth. It is the people like you who choose reliablity, quality above all. And then all these come with a price tag! I hope sooner or later you fall for this 650F.

A correction here - the 'Reimport' tag means that the bike was built in India, sent to some country and is now being reimported. This is the entry of the same bike when it was exported to Japan -

So a 250cc bike built here means that whatever it is has a good chance of launching at the Revfest.

EDIT - a CBR 150R and a 250R were exported from India to Japan on 29 Nov, 2014, once again on a returnable basis.

You can play the game for sure but you can also go to one of the listed dealers. They have a playcard game at dealers, you pick a card and you could win a tshirt, cap , pen, photo frame or this pass. . . I'd say just go to the dealer.

So Gaadiwaadi says a slightly-updated CBR250 has been spotted. Essentially the same CBR250 as is already sold here but with some tweaks?
